ISU also hosts an international adult competition twice a year; more recreational than elite but still competitive. Watch for it in May 2024 in Oberstdorf, Germany and September 2024 in Calgary, Canada!

Thank you for the breakdown of the different acronyms that I hear a lot! I used to be a member of USFS in college and my group lessons uses USFS, but my club doesn’t use that and instead uses ISI. I had heard ISI Freestyle 10 was really hard according to my private coach because of jumping in the other direction, but I had no idea very few pass FS 10! I was suggested to do ISI first as an adult skater and then get USFS membership too once I advance further. My club offers both memberships and many of the high level skaters have both, but ISI is the required one.

I trust that Eskimos must be able to pass the Freestyle 10. They must be, or they can't live.
