Hi Karina, does this mean that you don't normally use a colloquial equivalent of "please" in Chinese when asking for something? I am already aware that 请 is not generally used unless followed by 问, (which makes me wonder why it is so often used by Chinese teachers on RUclips)...
Next, are you sure you have the correct tone on the pinyin for 不 at 4.23? Just being pedantic :-)

Teacher Katrina, how can you say in Mandarin? " Tender or gentle" I mean its emotions like "can i make gentle with you"?
Do we pronounce D as "d" or as "t"?
