What impact this standard will have on semi conductors provider (ASIC )?

I don't have a degree in Automotives but I am into cyber security. So, can I be a good match for automotive cyber security domain after getting this certification?

I have a few questions and would be really thankful if these would be answered:
1. There are a few commonly known security analysis methods out there, such as MIL, HARA, TARA, STRIDE, SAHARA, OCTAVE, EVITA. What are the most common methods used in Germany?
2. In terms of functional safety, how can an OEM or supplier tell what exactly an ASIL B level or in terms of cybersecurity a specific CAL level is? For example, company X says, this asset has an ASIL B and CAL A level whereas company Y states that the same asset has an ASIL C and CAL B level. Is there a measurement what defines ASIL and CAL levels?
3. Is there a list of standardized terminologies being proposed by ISO 21434? I couldn't find one online.
