Fantastic video I am waiting on mine to get here so excited to add this to my RC collection. I have a real FJ cruiser in my garage. So happy to get an rc version!
The FMS/ROC Hobby products have gained a good reputation for their excellent scale realism but I recently bought a Kyosho Mini-Z Toyota 4Runner in 1:24 scale and I have to say that the detailing is even better than the 1:18 scale products. I just wish that the level of detail put into the Mini-Z could be offered in a 1:10 scale product.
I’m looking at this FJ at Horizon. It’s on sale. Trying to decide if it’s worth it. I’m wary of the running gear. I bought the Rochobby 80 series Land Cruiser with broke second day I had it. Evidently I broke one of the gears in the rear pumpkin. No way to fix it. Glue did not work. Not a fan of plastic running gear. Well done video of this amazing off-roader.
Elsewhere on social media I saw a dude make room for a bigger battery by relocating the ESC to the trunk. He then painted the rear window black from the inside to hide the ESC but it seems to me you could like make a cosmetic thing to cover the esc wirh. Like a miniature wooden beer crate, as if the ESC were simply in it. Probably worth getting a waterproof esc tho
Great video, man! Looks awesome! A buddy of mine is waiting for his too. I also have the 1/18 FJ80 Land Cruiser as well and this new cruiser looks just as scale and detailed and just as fun to run! There are some great options out there for micro ESCs too. Also, for a driver, 3.75 inch figures are a really great scale fit for the LC80 and I would imagine the same for this one too (may need to chop off the feet to make it fit, a although, I'm sure you already have something in mind =) Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to any mods you'll be doing with this one!

이차 엄청 보고싶었는데 갈증해소네요. FMS차들이 바디디테일을 살리면서 성능이 좋더라구요. 이번에 쉐보레K10 픽업도 나왔던데 전 그거질렀어요.
1/18 피규어 하나 앉혀주면 더욱 멋질것 같아요
