Cheeki its more like sound (chik). I think ist more snip-snip than "do it quick". There is no meaning. (Fidle-didle)

No, they are very stupid. "Cheeki Breeki" phrase is more a way to encourage other bandits to attack. Not direct order or tactic.

It's so sad to see, that the younger generation of foreigners is getting to know Russians through videogames by hearing the infamous "suka blyat" and encountering almost barbaric hostility. Russia is going through rough times now, there are a lot of uncultured and uneducated morons around. But there are a lot of nicer people as well. It's just the idiots who are usually the loudest and they're getting all of the attention.

The Bandits actually do both Cheeki Breekis, if their group is large enought. If they are 5 and you have a covered position and only have one clear shooting point, one will stay there and distract you and the rest flank you or attack you directly, this is why I mostly run if I hear Cheeki Breeki.

So basically similar to 'BAT-21', a movie based on the true story of an American strategist during the Vietnam War who used golf nomenclature to disguise his plans because the *"Opposing Force"* wouldn't understand it. He was a golf enthusiast, so it came naturally to him.

"So what does Chiki Briki mean?
Chiki Brici - means everything is fine, great, a cry of contentment with some irony
    Example:
On my personal front, I have all the chiki bricks, which I wish for you.
Cheeky Briki and the Kings - this is a sharp getting a better position (used in the game "STALKER - clear sky")
The origin of Chiki Bricky's expression should be attributed to the popular and beloved by many of our citizens multi-part film "The meeting place can not be changed." In one of the episodes, Sharapov said the catchphrase that many people remembered - "Pif-Paf and into the ladies."
After many years, this expression was added to the game "Stalker - Clear Sky", although it was slightly reworked. As a result, one of the local gangsters says "Chiki-Briki and into the Kings".
As for where this Chiki-Briki came from, it came from the expression of Chiki-Chiki, which was slightly modified. In general, this is folk art, which has its roots in the 20th century.
By the way, in “Gentle Modern 2”, the character of Nagiyev, Stepan, says “Chiki-Bricky Chick Chirp”, which in his understanding symbolizes a kind of spell. And indeed, after that, he began to get from all his pockets various vodka bottles, filled with a transparent liquid like a tear.
After reading this short article, you learned what chiki bricks means and what chiki bricks and ladies mean, where does this phrase come from"
    Sry..Bad English,i know. Google translate
    Czíki bríki i v dámki,gospodá

    Cheeky Breeky could translate as:
Cheeky as a chick- A lady
Breeky could be similar word as in polis "brykać" or to dance
so this could mean "Ladys, go dance! " in a ordering- quite manner

    AKCHUALLY :D
"V damke" is a figure of speech. When a piece of checkers is becoming a "king", you turn it upside down. So, "v damke" could be translated as "turned upside down".
So, whole phrase "A nu, cheeki-breeki i v damke" means something like "One-two, and you are dead".

In 80s when I was a kid, in a game of tag, we used "Chiki briki vdomke". That was a rule in the game, the meaning of is as follows. Before the game we had to choose which ground spot is going to be the safe house. When You were running away from the catcher and got in to the safe spot and said the phrase, then You couldn't be tagged.
