To say you’re the best optics reviewer on RUclips is an understatement. You deserve millions of subscribers! I have bought optics and mounts on your opinion alone. I look forward to continuing watching your channel for many years to come!
@@non-binaryjesus I don’t know if you watched the review or not, but I’m going to assume you’re not just in a random comment section for no reason. Why are you watching the review if not for C’s opinion or the reviewer’s opinion? If the reviewer’s opinion doesn’t matter, why watch this video or any video on the optic? Why not just look at the optic yourself and decide to purchase it or not without anyone else’s input? I’m not trying to start anything. I personally really enjoy C’s reviews, and I really take his opinions into consideration when buying a product because of the knowledge, experience, and info he brings to the table.
Brownells MPO 3-18x50mm is a comparable rifle scope to Riton’s 3-18x50mm. The MPO 3-18x50mm specifications are Length 13.5”, tube 34mm, ER:3.4”, adjustments: E:40/W:30, FFP, side focus 25 yds., WT: 30.5 oz. On Brownell’s website priced at $1000. Both scopes are manufactured in the same Japanese Optics company. I bought my MPO at the right time my cost was $630. Information from Beschreibung scope rating at five stars-excellent. Warranty - FOREVER.
I had read that Blackhound and Riton scopes are made by the same manufacturer. The "zero stop" tab thing was proof for me. I have the Blackhound equivalent of this scope.
The boldness in the reticle's subtensions remind me a lot of my Athlon Ares ETR 3-18x scope. It's very similar in that way. At max power they kind of get in the way a little. But the small center dot saves the day. It's all you need for long distance precison. And it's nice that with the fat lines, the reticle is still visible down at below 5x. I'll bet that 12x is the sweet spot for this Riton scope also.
Love it. Amazing review. By any chance, do you have a review on the Burris Veracity PH Programmable 4-20x50mm Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube, First Focal Plane? If not, it will be awesome if you do one :)
I own two of the second Gen. They are amazing. Especially for the price I paid. Plus I also bought their 4-32X56mm model. It’s a great scope. But the side parallax has to be just right to get a clear image. Other than that. I’m very pleased. It is pronounced Right-on. They are trying to break into the market. And it seams every year a new generation comes out. And they close out the old models.
I just picked up another 4-32X56mm off of Snipers Hide. Even came with a quick release Warne mount. Too good of a deal to pass up. Would have liked to see a comparison between the Nightforce NX8 and the Riton Conquer 7.
Maybe its a different lighting or just the camera in the video but that leupold looks far better than that riton. The riton looks like it has quite a bit of ca but the leupold doesnt seem to have it?
I don't see what this scope offers me that a PA SLx 3-18x FFP doesn't except for a 2-3x larger dent in my paycheck. Even the reticles are very similar.

Shouldn't you buy an optic based on "your" opinion? Lol

Cozy rainy day. Perfect for optic reviews and/or retro gaming.
Why not both?
@@CDOES AND/or 😁
I need a favor from you, if you have athlon helos 2-12, can you measure exit pupil at 2x and at 12x?@@CDOES

I love the hash marks on the turret with the ramp effect, makes it really easy to see where you're at without even focusing on the numbers.

Is there a general price difference?
Great to see comparison reviews.

You can get them for $375 in the uk. And they're amazing.
Over $800 in USA.
@@archerious1972 literally the only thing in existence thats cheaper in uk than us.
I think it's pronounced right on...Brotha! 😎
My old discontinued crimson trace 3-18x50 is basically identical. I’d assume they are the same production line.

I think they call it "Right-on" optics .
My smooth brain wants to say "written" optics.
🤣 I'll add it to the list of possible pronunciations of it
Same OEM as Athlon 👌
Still waiting for that perfect scope in this range. Ever get eyes on an xtr3i? Thanks for another great review.
I like riton. Most of my scopes are Riton. My 1-6 had an illumination issue and they replaced it.

I wonder how the ELEMENT TITAN 3-18x50 would compare or the Athlon ARES ETR UHD 3-18X50 ?
Will you ever do more thermals?
It's always hard to tell when watching a video but i believe the riton glass looks much better. But the slx doesn't look terrible
Why would you want a zero stop on your windage?
Right on
Isn't exit people just zoom divided by objective lens size?
As a rule of thumb, yes. In actuality, there's small differences.

I see these on Dvor for sale often.
