    To change the spring for a longer one, is it necessary to disassemble the trigger? It has quite a few small parts, and I don't want to take any chances. Thanks a lot

    btw i have just bought a Kral Puncher NP 02 and i have to say for around £300 it is an awesome budget PCP rifle i am astounded at how powerfull and accurate this thing is, beatifull looking rifle too imo, going to buy one of these Hatsans next looks amazing! thanks for the video man i hope you are still shooting! 😉😉👍👍

      Yes, I'm still shooting. I'm also thinking about the Kral Puncher Jumbo or big max and change barrel. I like them for simplicity and very nicely wood but also other parts. Unregulated Big Max with big air volume would be a good choice for me. I only use a hand pump and expensive air rifles like FX with many very small O-rings I can destroy after a few shootings.

    I got one of these recently and it was also broken when it arrived. In my case there seems to be something wrong with the trigger springs which means the gun cant load. I am on my 3rd week of looking for videos and help with this thing. Its a great gun _when_ it fires, but for me I have problems since day one. Really hoping for a break through soon! I don't know if you can buy it anywhere else. The only parts I can buy, here in Slovakia are only the piston seal and spring, others are a problem.

      Hello, A spring designed for HW 95 Ox Yellow Airgun Mainspring NO.1
      The spring broke in the HW95 air rifle so I used it shortened for this pistol. I don't remember exactly but it was shortened to about 30 coils (about 240mm +-) Outer dia. 21mm Inner dia. 15mm wire 3,15x3,15mm. I measured it on a broken piece that remained. I'm not sure of the exact length but the dimensions for the piston and spring guide fit perfectly. But better is to use a gas spring.

      I bought the seals at airgunup.cz , my opinion is that they are the best seals, they can help a lot. Vaseline in the video is 50 years old, made in Czechoslovakia :). I am currently using oil on the metal parts- Wurth HHS 2000 the oil is highly sticky and the piston lubricates well. I started using it on every piston airgun for pistons and barrel locks. (The piston seal can't be lubricated I did it just for better installation).

    • @KLAMBRDON
      @KLAMBRDON  5 лет назад +2

      This is a dieseling effect. The barrel and the inside of the cylinder cannot be lubricated. When the oil in the cylinder burns, the seal and spring are damaged. After a few shots it stops when the oil burns out, but I still recommend a new weapon to clean before shooting.

  • @taitrunkl7086

    I got one (5.5mm) a bit more expensive and it supposedly has a gas spring (idk I didn't open it) and it came with some pellets. I tested it with those pellets and it had very bad speed and couldn't even go through a spraypaint can which I think it should do with a gas spring, however when I went to reload the barrel smelled like something was burning, on one shot even some smoke came out. I did about 10 - 15 shots with those pellets and the result was always the same but when I tried to fire it empty to see if it's the spring or pellets it fired quite loudly and with quite some pressure. Maybe you know if the vortex spring is any good as you said that the gas spring is better for this model did you mean the vortex or anything else, I will buy new pellets as I don't have any 5.5mm currently and test it afterwards just wanted to know if you meant the vortex or any other gas spring.

    • @KLAMBRDON
      @KLAMBRDON  2 года назад +2

      I only have long time experience with the original Vortex springs in long Hatsans - 125,135,70... they work quite well. I have installed other gas springs in a few of these pistols. It is not necessary to put a very strong spring, pistol has a small air volume. I think for this weapon is better caliber .177 due to the small volume of air. New pistosl from factory have speed about 170+m/s only a few have 200m/s+. I don't remember what reality is with the .22 caliber but it won't be much. Do not shoot with Vortex spring without pellet! The piston is pressed against the bottom of the cylinder more than a steel spring, the diesel effect is higher. There is a risk of damage of piston seal, cylinder or cracking of other parts. I use light weight pellets in low power airguns for example JSB rs.

    • @taitrunkl7086
      @taitrunkl7086 2 года назад +1

      Thanks for the reply. I bought some new pellets and the gun started to shoot more smoothly after some rounds (100-200). It is not very powerful but it can do enough for an air pistol. I tried shooting some plastic bottles and a can of spray cream, on both it went right through, I also shot a beat up can of spray paint which it did penetrate but only on one side. It is quite powerful, although it is also quite a big pistol. I used excite spike tip pellets, the only ones they had in my store, I wheighed them at about 1 gram (15-16 grain it doesn't say on the box) and they do pack a punch although they probably are a bit too heavy. I didn't know that there is any difference between firing normal or gas spring empty, I know neither is good for the gun but I tried it to see if the spring is defective. Thanks for the advise though I don't want to ruin the gun and I didn't know before that the risk is higher with gas spring. Overall I'm happy with what I received. I payed quite a lot (200€ to my door, stock ones retail at about 130€ with shipping in my country) because the shipping was expensive and the dealers on ebay probably sell these overpriced but at least it works as expected. Thank you again and have a nice day.

    Zdravím , parádne video musím pochváliť . Chcel by som sa spýtať hlavne na dodávanú pružinu pretože pri tejto vzduchovke som našiel všade u predajcov deklarovanú úsťovú rýchlosť strely cca 215 m/s a ako som videl vy ste ju dosiahli až po výmene pružiny . Takže predajcovia klamú alebo ste mali kúpenú slabšiu verziu ? ďakujem za odpoveď .

    • @KLAMBRDON
      @KLAMBRDON  4 года назад +1

      Nie každá dokáže dosiahnut tento výkon dokonca aj po tuningu. Reálna rýchlost novej zbrane je približne od 150 do 180m/s. Konštrukcia zbrane dokáže tento výkon ako uvádza výrobca ale treba tomu vždy trochu pomôcť. Velmi pekné výsledky som dosiahol pri montáži plynovej pružiny + nové tesnenie. Ale niekedy je kvalita hlavne a vnutorné opracovanie válca také zlé že sa dá ledva dosiahnut 200m/s. Toto bola vzduchovka skoro z krabice takže predajcovia klamú. V tomto prípade bolo poškodené tesnenie a aj pružina bola len mierne predpetá. Takže teoria jediná pružinová pištol z krabice 16j nehrozí.
