I know that it is all about the final result (which is stunning) but I found such peace in the layers. First the shot of the lavender and dark purple/black layer all perfectly scraped, then the layer I assumed was the sunset, and finally the final layer of yellow and like navy which is swirled together so perfectly. I guess I got my ASMR triggered, LOL.
Most of the time they do! I mix them to get the shades that I need and use reputable suppliers like Mad Micas or Nurture soap, as I know they won't fade or morph :)
I'm going to be ordering from you again soon. I LOVE all your soaps. You're such an inspiration. Thank you for posting and being a very awesome soap artist. :D
Stunning! This is one of my favorites so far. The colors are fantastic. I'm curious though - what do you do with all the soap you scrape from the loaf?
I put it into individual cavity molds, pipe flowers for future use, or just put the batter into a small loaf mold that I cut up to include as samples with orders. Nothing ever goes to waste though!
Your work is incredible!! I noticed that your stencils are for what you call a standard soap loaf that is 3 inches wide. All my soap molds are 3 1/2 inches wide. I have purchased various places but never bought one at 3 inches wide. I am a bit puzzled. I have bern soaping 8 years.
My standard molds are Brambleberry's 5 lb loaf molds, and Nurture Soap's Standard 4.5 lb loaf mold. They may have changed these a few years ago? I do have a couple stencils I recently remade a few designs to fit into the 3.5" molds as well, feel free to send an me an email or dm through Instagram if there's a particular one that you'd like!
Hola, estos jabones son los más bellos que he visto, cuánta creatividad, una belleza!! No entiendo para que raspa? Lo hace cuando la Traza endureció? Gracias
This is the first time I have seen your soap, really beautiful. You are very talented, and your attention to every detail is outstanding. What does the Chia Gel do for your soap? Also love the background music, I think I recognize it from "Ice Castles". Beautiful product, great video quality, I am very impressed. I will be continuing to watch your work. Thank you for sharing your talent. :)
Thank you so much for your kind words! Chia gel has many hair and skin benefits to it, but as far as using it in soap, it adds a silky feeling to the lather, more so than mulberry silk or tussah silk.
I make more soap! It depends on what I feel like making in the moment or what I have time for in between layers. Sometimes I pipe flowers to use on future soaps, other times I put them into small cavity molds or just into smaller loaves to cut up into samples to give away with orders, I have also made confetti and terrazzo soap with this too, as well as soap clay... most importantly, nothing ever goes to waste! Feel free to check out my instagram page for quite a few examples of these!

Stunning! This is one of my favorites so far. The colors are fantastic. I'm curious though - what do you do with all the soap you scrape from the loaf?
She also uses them for soap. She was selling soap made from those scrapes once for the desert one, I don't know if they're still available

I scrape when the soap can hold it's form, this is what sculpts my designs throughout the bars.

What does chia gel do??
It adds a slip and glide to the soap, even more so than adding silk does. And the lather is dreamy!
@@CreamyObsession wow. ... That sounds great, i m gonna try it ..thanks for sharing
What do you make with your extra soap that you have scraped off?
I make more soap! It depends on what I feel like making in the moment or what I have time for in between layers. Do you freeze the aloe vera liquid when adding to the lye? When I added lye to my aloe it burned😫
No, I don't freeze the aloe as I've never had issues with it. Mine is pure aloe vera juice... does the one that you have have bits of pulp in it or any other additives? That's the only thing that I can think of that would cause it to burn.
@@CreamyObsession Mine was supposedly pure but did have chunks of aloe settled on the bottom. Thanks I didn't think of that.
What is chia gel. Made from chia seeds??
Yes! The seeds are soaked in water and form a really thick gel. I then use a nut bag to squeeze the gel through and strain out the seeds. It takes quite a bit of muscle!
Wowswwwww
Thanks!
