    I am also clinically depressed. You do a lot of the same things I do to get myself out of it as well. Start by feeding my body better and getting off my favorite chair. People think you need to do some big grand action to get out of depression. In reality, it’s just a bunch of baby steps. Really appreciated this Steph! ❤️❤️❤️

    Thanks for this video - super helpful for those times when it feels kinda hopeless. I like that the strategy is not to pressure yourself to do anything except for putting good food into your body.

      That’s where I’m at right now. I have some really serious stressors right now that I’m struggling with. BUT I’m starting to come out of it

    Your cat is gorgeous! Butch is handsome too but I love cats lol. Depression for me comes in waves. It's definitely a struggle! I'm sorry you suffer from it but you're not alone!

      Hey it’s ok! And duke “the cat” is a ham. He knows he gorgeous and uses it to his advantage. What are some things you do to pull yourself out of depression?

      @@StevieGriffinVlog Honestly I cry a lot lol and push myself through the day. I have two amazing children and it's not fair when I struggle with my mental health. So as much as I wish I could stay in bed I push myself to get everything done. Food was always my comfort and I'm trying to break that cycle. Now if I can I get my self something little like jewelry or a candle.

    Setting a timer to get up and do something for x minutes…..what a great idea. I can see that helping when I’m struggling.
    Also- I’ve considered Mad Hippie products before. Any faves to recommend?

      Yes, a timer is a life saver for Caitlin and I when we have no motivation. Most of the time we keep going even after the timer goes off.
      This is the only Mad Hippie product I’ve used so far and I have NO clue what I’m doing 😂
      It smells nice though
