I think most people can agree the Lights Guy is the best part. However, the 11th day of the in-laws lady was subtly hilarious: "she's a witch. I hate her." What's great about her whole part is that she sounds believably stressed, almost to the point of tears. Whereas the Lights Guy is getting more and more pissed off, she progresses toward a mental breakdown.

Definitely. I can relate to a couple of this guy's challenges. Fortunately, I enjoyed putting up the lights so when some of these challenges came up, while I may have cursed a bit and grumbled a lot, I still enjoyed the work and got the job done.

Love the part with the lights. As for them blinking, from experience, blinking is far better than flickering! Found out one year after rigging up the lights that the lighting fixture I tapped into for the power had the insulating sleeve around its socket was faulty and started shorting out. Glad that was discovered and repaired before we had a fire.
