    Nice tip...Coocks Saws has some good explanation on this also. What if you have a roller the full width of the band? Will it flat it in 1 pass?

      @rachianohaselhoef1734 unfortunately no as it is high carbon spring steel and the act of leveling really needs to be concentrated to the highest singular point of the turnover. This saw was very bad needing 3rolls. Most usually need one roll in the center. I have seen a lot of people get great results just using a 3/8 wide roller bearing or preferably a 1/4 inch wide bearing set up in the same way as the stretcher rolls on my bench. Hope this helps
