I love how you could guess the song. I always do that at his gigs. Being a guitarist, I always take notice of what guitar he uses for each song so I know what the choices of song are by which guitar he is holding haha. I kinda wish I didn't know that sometimes though, kinda ruins the surprise.
I would've guessed this song too... I feel that if he were going to play Voodoo chile, or something else Hendrixy, he'd play on his strat, not the 335.... great video!

That's really the only song he uses that guitar for. Other than Come when I call, which he only really does with the trio.
Sam Brobst he uses it for Crossroads and also Voodoo Child.

Probably knew by the guitar. JM only uses that guitar on only a couple songs

Plus the kind of guitar hes using :).. if he was going to play voodoo chile, he most likely would use a fender strat.
