Hey there Charlie, I was wondering can you do a "man's edit" for a Christmas list for things that are either what you consider essentials or great elevated Christmas ideas for men especially when it comes to grooming? I am looking for gifts for men that either make their lives easier or when it comes to grooming maintains their overall care ie., skin, hydration and appearance. I would be interested in what you would like to receive under the tree as a man in general so it could be for both grooming and essentials. Thank you so much for these videos! I hope you do more and FYI I posted on Josie's video when she went into your closet your closet needs its own website! WOW love it. I would love a "cribs tour" of it and how it functions how and why you organized it to fit your lifestyle. I really like the LEDs it is so tastefully done yet it has a dark academic moodiness to it like a well loved leather club chair by the fire. Great job Charlie! ❤
Charlie, your voice is very easy to listen to, the camera angle and where you are standing is so nice, really shows off the kitchen and getting the light. I feel calm watching the videos. Congratulations Charlie I'm so happy for you 👏🏽
I am a 46 year old woman from Denver,Colorado and I have to tell you how much I enjoy your videos. I will be making your poatatoes and now gravy for Christmas. Waiting on your Sunday roast next. I always admired your cooking in Josie’s videos. Thank you.
I loved this Charlie. I'm making gravy for turkey on Christmas at my daughter's- she has six children- so anything I can ahead of time, makes the day of better. Thank you!!!!
You know, I make my gravy a bit different instead of using stock. I use the drippings from underneath the pan in which I cooked the roast, the chicken, or the turkey in but both are absolutely delicious. I’m sure. One thing that I got from your video is to add a bit of jam or preserves to ingredients. I I am from the United States and from part of the United States of the southwest and we don’t normally do that. I think that this is a brilliant idea and I thinkwould make it add deliciousness and take up the flavor so much. I will be including the jam or preserves in my ingredients for my gravy today. Thank you for the idea and the information. Thank you for the video. I think it’s brilliant. Nice job.!!🎉
I like to add mustard and horseradish to my beef gravy, mint sauce to lamb and apple sauce to pork. Proper gravy, sometimes if it's a bit thin I blend the vegetables into the gravy rather than strain them away. Look forward to the next cookery vlog Charlie!
Dear Charlie, Thank you for your tried and true, home-cooking demos. We appreciate the calmness of your delivery. It helps give the feeling that what you are demonstrating could even be done by someone who has not cooked before, as well as an alternative to the method that one has been using. In Josie's videos it seemed that it was being said that you did not eat the veggies that you used for your roasting trivet, which you used for gravy. What I learned from my grandmother, born 1900, was to serve those veggies as a flavorful side dish. A spoonful of that over any other dish not only adds a nice layer of flavor, but nothing is wasted. We really appreciate the videos, keep up your good work.
So glad you decided to be back Charlie. Please keep going you have very interesting topics to talk about and things to show us. There’s always lovely to hear you talking and how passionate you are about some things. You are Josie are lovely people ❤
I'm learning!! I love your channel. Yours & Josie's channels are so romantic, magical, and lovely, filled with useful & valuable content for self, home, and all of the above! Thank you!

Charlie, I’m looking forward to many more cooking videos from you! I’m thoroughly impressed with your and Josie’s work ethic, between your jobs, decorating your beautiful homes, gardening and entertaining family and friends you seem to balance it all nicely. It probably seems overwhelming at times but you are living life to the fullest! I want to give you a tip for hanging the adorable picture of Dexter and Dickens on the wall that has 4 wires running through it…3M makes Command Picture Hanging Strips that won’t damage your walls, you won’t have to use nails anymore unless you are hanging heavy mirrors. ❤ from Tennessee
Love that you explain everything in a calm enjoyable manner so it is easy to understand and follow. Yes there is no such thing as to much gravy lol I hope you do Yorkshire pudding next never had them but they always look so yummy when you make a roast. Greetings from Boston US
Loved your latest video on making gravy! You're doing a fantastic job breaking it down into simple steps. The tips and tricks you've shared are super helpful. Keep up the great work! 👨🍳👍👍
This is a wonderful surprise to discover you're back doing your own videos. It's great to see you creating your recipes in your beautiful home. Thank you 😊
Charlie your gravy looks delicious! I will have to try it. I watch Jose's channel and she is a good cook as well. It is so nice that both of you like to cook, and you put such fresh ingredients in whatever you make. Thank you for the recipe. 😀🇱🇷
Thank you! All the lovely memories of my mother's cooking in Dublin in the 50s and 60s, she was a great cook ❤ and her recipes/methods are much like yours
Loving your new section on food - I’ve been making gravy for 45 years - my dad was the gravy king and I learned about sharp knives - gravy making and carving - I can still hear in my head him sharpening his knives - I miss him. For those who think this is too much fuss - it’s so easy to do - and I sometimes batch cook gravy & stocks and freeze them - so we always have an amazing gravy - even if we are just having sausages and mash 🎉.
Charlie, you and I have very similar approaches to food in general and I’m LOVING this content. But also, have been using the fireplace asmr for when I need to concentrate. It’s working a treat!
Watching you from the North East. Loving your channel Charlie. Love Josie’s too. The gravy looks delicious. All coming of course from your beautiful home with a lovely kitchen setting ❤

Beautifully filmed, content so relevant. You’re a natural Charlie. Love your cooking. Looking forward to more of your content.
Great gravy video. The only tip I would add is to include onion skins. The skins add color.
