It never ceases to amaze me just how many clothes people have. Even though you have de cluttered some, you still have more than our entire household put together.
I honestly can’t argue! It is a lot but I love fashion and dressing up. Since moving to my own place, I’ve been trying to be more strict with myself and my consumption and trying to thrift a lot more 🤞🏼

I was so stressed looking at all the clothes on your bed but I will say the sped up clean up parts really helped me feel better and was satisfying lol

I've been decluttering for a long time, and finally can fit all my clothes into one rack and one dresser, which my boyfriend still thinks is way too much clothes lol. It's insane how much I collect considering I hardly ever go shopping, people just give me things and I collect a lot of hand me downs. I'm trying hard to just keep things I love and would miss if they were gone lol.
Good start. I am downsizing my wardrobe, so, I understand what you are going through. I hope that this process makes you, like it has for me about what I buy and buying much more intentionally things that you love and will actually wear. I have learned several tips from Marie Kondo and many minimalists utubers. I count how many items in each category. These numbers will shock you and help you realize that you can't possibly wear all of what you own. I set goals in each category. I also turn my hangers backwards and forwards when I wear the items. At the end of the season, when I have not worn items, I force myself to try to wear them asking myself several questions. Do I love the item? How does it look on me? Do I have things to wear with the item? Does it represent my current style? If not, let them go. Write down notes about what you don't like. Brands, sizes, styles, fits, colors, materials, ect. Think about what you already own and what you didn't like when you consider buying something new. Good luck!

I never make my friends pay me, ever. Whatever they didn’t pick, I dropped it off to a women’s shelter in Boston
