Indeed! Is always a pleasure to see that one. Really brings in the crowds and shows you don't have to stick to a set period or even this case a world ;)
Great selection of layouts. I thougtht, the "Slade's Green" London Underground diorma was a good demonstration of idea for modellers who are always complaining about not having enough space! It was a change to see a Hornby Dublo layout where some effort had been made to create a model railway, and was not just the track set out on a bare board! Thanks for uploading.
Thank you very much! Totally agree. The level of detail on it with all the figures is just superb! I always spot something new when I see it. The Hornby Dublo is just grand. Not often seen in public and just amazing to think still running as it was intended
Some fantastic layouts. But it does make me chuckle to see the effort that folk have clearly gone to building a highly detailed and realistic layout but have the models whizzing around at a ridiculous turn of speed 🤣
Really was an excellent show. Regarding the speed of some models it of course down to the operator. However, with show layouts track dirt building up over the day and rails/connection being shifting during transit to and from venues often cause issues, especially when trying to achieve prototypical speeds.
Hiya Callum - Arrrr - I was just about to type jokingly "I waiting for the day that you accidentally film 1 of the Model people moving" but then you actually did it @ 3:12!!! That Model Cyclist has come alive!!! lol Double arr then after that the model chicken have also come alive - What is this Model world coming too!!!😄🚂🚂🚂
If anyone following along knows who built the module at 2:26, I'd like to reach out to them on something they modeled. The body of work as a whole in the video is brilliant.
At 1:43 into the video, it looks as if they are using the old Airfix tiny couplings from '77/'78. I prefer the old Airfix couplings on my OO gauge layout as they are less intrusive and more reliable than modern ones. The newer modern ones from Hornby are a nightmare. Hornby's couplings always droop.
For more than half way through the best i've seen of a dozen, with superb sets and trains and character; then people in the background, large face in picture etc not so much to my liking.
Really loved the Hobbiton End! Very creative and a neat idea

Lovely footage Callum!
Cheers!
Some gorgeous layouts!! Well seen and well filmed!! Great video.
Many thanks indeed! Glad you enjoyed the coverage

Good film of a day I enjoyed as a demonstrator.
Thanks John! Glad you enjoyed the coverage. Really was a superb event

Looks like that was a good day out Callum. Plenty of layouts to see. Cheers, Bob
Really was a great show as ever. Certainly plenty to see, I was unable to get around it all.

Ha! Many thanks! Certainly is amazing what can be achieved. Glad you enjoyed it
Another great video Callum, there's some nice layouts on show there, and I must find a way of showing you some photos of my grandson's layout 🙂👍
Cheers! Was a great local show as every, was great to see so many families attending too, which can surely be good for the hobby.
Oh no…..excellent again….!
Cheers!
Much better, plenty of train crews and even a guard in his brake van?
Cheers!

Cheers, is that the narrow gauge shed scene?
Good

Brilliant layouts - when is next year's show?
Really is a great show. Don't think there are any dates yet, but it's normally the around the same time of year
Oh for Christ sake I missed this? ☹️
Always next year :)

Yes, believe they are. They certainly work a treat
