Dave, I love your videos. A request from an American...When trying to understand what you are saying with your accent (to me anyways) it would be helpful if you could quiet the locomotive sounds. When you are just running trains its fine but when you are trying to convey information it is difficult to understand what you are saying. Keep up your videos as I am learning how to build my RR.

Hi Dave, back in the loft now the cooler weather here and the nights drawing in.
Your doing a good job with the track maintenance. I've just lifted some of .I've as its not feared too well in that heatwave We had. Some of it warped a little. You can't beat those track ballasters.
    All the best Pete 👍

Hi Peter , yes you cure one area then after summer or a very cold winter , there appears another track problem , but after all these years just about getting the hang of repairing ...one thing i did though which would not normally do was to solder on the points joint , as you see it ran over very smoothly in the end after doing that ...something may do on all in the future ...may just stop the points loco jump we get ...Cheers dave

Nice work Dave, you make it look so easy ,track requires constant maintenance like in the real world..I have two point failures to deal with next....and spiders on the track...

Hi Jim , yes it’s an on going problem with track and points , like I said there it’s the first time I have soldered between joints , but sure made it smoother , as for the CMX.
