- On the 17th September I visited Oxrail 2023 model railway exhibition which was being held at Cherwell School, Marston Ferry Road, Oxford.
On display were 20 plus layouts and 8 trade stands.
Upon my arrival there was plenty of space available for parking and it was only a short walk from the car park to the main entrance.
Once inside the venue there were plenty of signs to guide you around the building as all 4 halls were in use for the exhibition.
The facilities at the venue were very well maintained and the refreshment area had plenty of food and drinks, hot and cold on offer with virtually no queuing.
The layouts on display were of excellent quality and all exhibitors should be commended for their efforts.

I wonder when that Terrier on Freshwater is going to have the wobbly wheels fixed? Seen it in several videos.
I will get around to it one day 😀
The Freshwater layout to my mind is brilliant, a level I would love to aspire to. Are there any show dates for this layout in 2024 please?
Not to my knowledge at the moment , Freshwater is also a favourite of mine as I have covered it on some of my other video`s.
