This actually reminds me of this February when I had my exams. I wasn't sleeping at all, like probably 1-2 hours per day and I went like that for 2 weeks WITHOUT CAFFEINE. Then at the end of my exams, literally the night before my last exam which was physics, I started hearing voices and then I passed out, like completely and everyone was asleep so no one realised that. Anyway my mum found me the next morning and helped me wake up. I'm alright now but those 2 weeks were insane.

Dang!! Mabey take melatonin gummies or liquid? It help me sleep ❤ the gummies taste kinda nasty and so dose the liquid but the gummies are more healthy than the liquid bc it's REALLY STRONG but yeah ❤ hope this helps ❤

I've only had one all nighter before in my life and that was because I drank coffee before bed and It was before Christmas. So I was really excited. And I actually wanted to fall asleep and I got tired but I wasn't mentally tired. And that was just SO annoying.

I enjoyed this podcast a whole lot. It's giving Emma chamberlain vibes when she would make videos of her deteriorating and it was the funnest shit to watch.
