It really is a incredible farm. It has over a mile of a river going through it with 2 separate beaches probably 1/2 mile apart and just is a very peaceful place with lots of wildlife. It's also a great place for the dogs. Annie goes down to the river on her own several times a day in the summer and swims to cool off and comes back to the greenhouses all wet. lol Kurt, glad you enjoyed the video of the greenhouses. I'm impressed by the way everything is organized and how huge it is. So many varieties and colour, I could kill to have all this! 🤣🤣 Wish we could have such a place where I live now (in the middle of a "nowhere countryside" in center of France). It's hard for us to find and buy trees, flowers, and often have to buy online, imagine buying plants that you can't see... Your knowledge must help so many of your followers, keep posting, we all thank you 👍😀

Hey GaG! Glad you enjoyed the tour. Those are actually 50 year old Rowe Brothers houses that were moved and re-designed. There is also a modern glass house (Westbrook) with the roofs that fully open up that has not been put up yet, but will in the near future. A huge difference in designs. Mark, FIRST OFF, your greenhouses are FREAKING DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS!!! Secondly, the variety of the plants are AMAZING!! Thirdly, the prices of what I can identify are really good, and Lastly, if your business were in South jersey (just outside of Philly) then MY entire IRA withdrawl check would be going into your pocket !! 😄😄😁😁. If you greenhouses were here, then you would be sold out in a week, maybe two. The hanging pots and the combination pots alone are amazing. PLUS... I was glad to see your BABY make an appearance in the video! I think they would be just one of the many reasons why people flock to your greenhouse!!

Hey John. For me, it's not really about the attention. I've always gotten a lot of that to be honest, but I'm just enjoying "meeting" people like yourself and I'm learning a lot from people kind enough to share things with me. The attention stuff is just people being curious for the most part. A few weeks ago, I went out to dinner in a small town restaurant in an old house. When I walked in the door into the front room where there were several people seated at this huge table, I swear every one of them turned and looked at me at about the same time. Without hesitation, I said "Ok, I'm sorry I'm late, but I'll make it up to you!" They thought that was hilarious! All these years dealing with that kind of stuff have made me very comfortable with it and it doesn't bother me a bit. A older lady last week was up in the retail and said to the sales clerk, how much for him (meaning me) and she didn't realize I heard it, but I replied, "Im real cheap, but I do eat alot"! lol I just have fun with the staring and that kind of stuff. Why not. You really can't take it that seriously because all that will stop one day.

Such an impeccable and incredibly gorgeous set up!! Wish I lived closer! Just walking through “farm” and the nursery would be serene...but dangerous to the pocket book! 😬😆 The ornamental Japanese lace leaf maple is one of my favorites. In Arizona we are limited to varieties that work well - lantana is great here and loves the 100+ degree heat. Wish I lived in an area that can sustain all those awesome flowers.

John, I haven't made it out of North America yet! lol My audience is building in Europe, so maybe one of these days if it gets big enough, I'll do a tour and meet and greets in different countries. It looks like England may be 1st. My viewership is increasing fairly fast in the UK. One of my viewers who has this incredible estate approx. 40 minutes outside of Paris told me I can stay there when I visit. Really nice of him! I actually am very surprised with all the people who have offered me to stay at there homes if I'm ever visiting the area.

Hi Julian! All by hand with the exception of the hanging baskets which have water tubes being fed into them. This summer we are going to install water booms in the new range you can see in the garden videos up on the hill and in the glass range that is being built this summer. These booms are computer controlled and cover the entire width of the greenhouse and travel on 2 rails, one on each side wall of each greenhouse. The really neat thing is you can have multiple crops within that 200 feet of length and program how you want each crop to be watered. Why do I have to live so far away!! I could get everything I need in one stop. Our nursery or garden centers are not as large and usually run out or don’t carry as nice of a selection as you do. Great video

Actually, that would work very well, but since we have a trial garden every year that let's us see the best performing varieties, we limit our choices to those varieties and ones we see at the various flower trials. In Arizona we are limited to varieties that work well - lantana is great here and loves the 100+ degree heat. Wish I lived in an area that can sustain all those awesome flowers.

Great vlog Mark, nothing better to disconnect from a day than to wander through a greenhouse. Next time around it would be helpful if you gave plants of mention a close up or add a still shot with the name so viewers can make some notes to reference... Still thumbs up, I'm a big fan.

I did do B roll of close ups to add in, but when I saw the length of the finished video, I thought I better not make it any longer because it was to long as it was. My favorite thing about the greenhouses is in the winter, it can be the coldest day out and inside, it's like summer in the sun! I haven't made it out of North America yet! lol My audience is building in Europe, so maybe one of these days if it gets big enough, I'll do a tour and meet and greets in different countries. It looks like England may be 1st. My viewership is increasing fairly fast in the UK. One of my viewers who has this incredible estate approx. 40 minutes outside of Paris told me I can stay there when I visit. Really nice of him! I actually am very surprised with all the people who have offered me to stay at there homes if I'm ever visiting the area.

All by hand with the exception of the hanging baskets which have water tubes being fed into them. This summer we are going to install water booms in the new range you can see in the garden videos up on the hill and in the glass range that is being built this summer. These booms are computer controlled and cover the entire width of the greenhouse and travel on 2 rails, one on each side wall of each greenhouse. The really neat thing is you can have multiple crops within that 200 feet of length and program how you want each crop to be watered. Lightly, heavily, etc. I will do a video next growing season showing how they operate. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed!

Whenever I film, I always have to be aware of the longer the video, the most likely it will not be watched. Maybe in the future if I ever get lucky enough to be popular, that may change. I'm not sure though. In the future, I think I'll cover less plants and have more detail. That particular video was just meant to be a quick tour of the retail area of the greenhouse complex which covers a few acres total. Thank you so much for your comments. Why don’t you try using a color wheel to match and combine the flowering plants?
Actually, that would work very well, but since we have a trial garden every year that let's us see the best performing varieties, we limit our choices to those varieties and ones we see at the various flower trials. I would like to live in either France or Italy. I’m a native southern Californian relocated like many to sunny north east Phoenix/Scottsdale.
I was out in SC 3 years ago. I flew into Seattle and drove the coast for 3 weeks down to LA. LA you can have! lol Way to many people and just not enough space, so I don't blame you for moving. I did like The Getty though. Very interesting!
