I feel so bad for Eddie. Not only is he being hunted relentlessly for a crime he didn’t commit, but he’s now had to watch two people get murdered by Vecna right in front of him.
i hate how they had to separate jonathan and nancy just to bring stancy back, steve had his development besides nancy and even said he isn't in love with her anymore like where's is this come from 😭😭

The Nina project is meant to take Eleven through her past memories that she forgot. Like Brenner explains it’s based off a women who would go to a specific spot to think of her dead lover because she couldn’t let him go. When Eleven says “am I in trouble” it switches between her and a younger child because it’s memory from when she was a young child. She has to go through the memories she’s forgotten to get her powers back. To go through her trauma. The children, the guy, and Brenner in the facility are past memories not and actual place she’s in
this was the first episode in the season that max genuinely laughed and smiled

Papa is 000. He survived attacks from Demogorgon, a steel door blown into his head, etc. He has the power of reviving. He is Eleven’s real dad. His abilities is what started his experiments and abilities cloning. That’s why she is able to do what she does later on….

i think the way they’re trying to bring stancy back just seems so forced and it honestly seems one-sided.. it’s probably normal when some feelings come back from your first relationship so i can’t blame nancy for that. steve on the other hand though… he seems like he’s STILL in love with her. that’s just me though idk, anyways jancy>>>>>

The one thing i didn't like about S4 was them trying so hard to bring back Stancy. Don't get me wrong i love Steve, i love Nancy but no one asked for this. It felt so random lol. It feels like someone lost a bet in the writers room or something. Like honestly, why bring back unnecessary drama especially when the show seems to be nearing its end. Just let Steve move on already. And it's sad that they had to separate Jonathan and Nancy just so they could bring this back.
This whole plot felt out of place and unwanted to me.
Imagine the town of Hawkins defeating Vecna with mandated therapy 👊
I will just take some space to feel so happy how the majority of this comments agree that Steve and Nancy development in this season is absolute trash and nonsense.
Reason 1: Both Steve and Nancy's character development happened *because* they broke up.
2: Jonathan's personality, interests and intellect are *far* a better fit for Nancy than anything Steve has to offer her (or Nancy to Steve)
3: Jancy has been developed for three whole seasons, so breaking them up for Steve of all people would be absolutely dumb.
4: The "romance" is forced idc. If Robin, Dustin and Eddie have to constantly tell Nancy and Steve (and thus the audience) how perfect they are together, how they are soulmates and they should give it another shot, that is lazy and annoying.
5: The fact that they have to send Johnatan away and assassinate his character, turning him into a dumb pothead for this to work out is awful.
6: This whole plot feels like a transparent and weak attempt to give Steve an arc this season because they couldn't come up with other ideas for his storyline? Like, give him anything else to do that is not getting back with his ex from season 1! Give him a "college" storyline, or talk about his family, give him an older sibling or whatever that its not this!
This season is phenomenal, but this storyline is the only thing that made me angry everytime it came up.
This shows pays respect to so many movies. People don’t talk enough about the poltergeist inspiration with the way they travel between the two dimensions in Eddie’s trailer.
Seriously I can't not wait for you guys to see why Eddie is the 🐐😉

I usually agree with Nathan but Stancy is just NO, they kind of ruined they're character development (Steve, Nancy and Jonathan).
it’s just for fun. I would be upset with nancy if she did anything with steve before breaking things off with Jonathan. Personally with no bias I think what Nancy has been doing with steve is straight 🚩

1. Fear street trilogy: it’s actually a three part movie but it has max and robin in it and is super good.
2. Black lightning: is super good I think you would love it.

The Duffer bros. didn't intentionally go after Robert England for the role of Victor Kreel. He randomly sent in an audition for the role and the Duffers jumped on the chance to have him in the show considering how much 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' influenced this season of the show.
The chemicals used during Vietnam DID have health effects. The one and only kid my grandparents had after granddad came home, was very sickly and lived only a few days after birth. My grandfather also suffered from the side effects of exposure.

The whole Steve and Nancy thing is honestly controversial. The way they literally forced it in this season was so off. I really liked their relationship in season 1 and felt bad for Steve... And then from nowhere... They're trying to ship them again? The fact that i liked their relationship in the first season and yet i despise everything the writers are trying to do with them In season 4 says a lot. Steve has gone through a LOT of character development, he honestly deserves someone else to make him happy. And same as Nancy and Jonathan. The writers trying to separate them is just stupid honestly. But well, we'll see what happens in the next season. Hopefully it's not disappointing, lol.
When i watched this season for the first time, i kept cringing during the Steve and Nancy scenes lmao! I'm a sucker for take-your-time romances, but this one... This one wasn't it.

@@JustUs yeah and people kinda came at him for that too lol. cause it really wasn't a redemption arc. there wasn't an ARC. it was an heroic moment yes, he didn't wanna doom the entire world by letting the mindflayer get to el. he is still an awful person for being abusive towards max and racist (quite literally trying to commit a hate crime on him in s2). maybe if we had more of *actual billy*, it could have been some kind of redemption. maybe if we saw him learning that his sick "ideologies" are wrong, or maybe if he at least saved lucas instead of el... that could have been maybe a bit better as an ARC. he had his heroic moment but it had nothing redeeming about all the other awful things he had done.

Hello, i just recently started watching you’re video they are really great. I subscribed, keep going
Since everyone else in the comments are so against it I will give my two-cents on Stancy.
I love it, S1-3 I didn't really care one way or another but s4 made me really like the idea.
While they clearly liked each other, before Nancy started falling for Jonathan, they weren't right for each other at that time. They've both grown a lot since then and are very different people and now I truly believe they would be great together.
I don't dislike Jancy, I never really cared one way or another when it came to them so try not to take this as me being all 'anti' and a 'hater'.
From what we have seen they only really seems to work out during a crisis, in s3 we could see how they don't fully understand each others issues and thoughts but when the world was ending they flew back into each others arms.
Bonding over shared trauma is romantic and makes for great stories, but if you can't see eye to eye when things are calm and quiet it's just not gonna last.
And that is how I feel about it.
(Of course it's completely possible that Jancy are perfectly functional off screen between s2-3 but since we didn't see that I can't really take it into account)
I do have a soft spot for seasoned myself but this season with the episode lengths is just in a different league. Nate, can't blame Suzie for the song. If Murray had known Plank's Constant they wouldn't have had to call Suzie in the first place! Don't diss on Suzie, Nate!

I love both Steve and Nancy but I don't want for them to get back together. I think that ship has sailed. And even if they do get back together she'll always be torn between Steve and Jonathan. Steve deserves better than that.

Something happened with the editor to stranger things and the eps are longer this season.
This is the episode that on rewatch really made me look deeper into Mike as a character. In this episode, Mike wonders that if he told El that he loved her that maybe she'd have taken him with her. Will says that it's scary to open up like that to people you care about because what if they don't like the truth? And Mike nods in agreement. But that doesn't make sense. Mike is saying that if he told El that he loved her in episode 3, that things might be different. So him agreeing with Will's statement wouldn't make sense. El wouldn't like the truth of Mike telling her that he loved her? She was practically begging him to say it back. She wanted to hear it. So what truth could Mike possibly be hiding that El wouldn't like?
I thought about it, and theorized that Mike doesn't love her. That's why he can't say it. And he doesn't want to tell her that because that's the truth she wouldn't like, so he pretends like everything is okay. Which would give him a parallel with El. She pretended like her social life was fine and lied to Mike. And perhaps he's pretending like their romantic life is fine and lying to El. Which might be the reason why the show has given us insight into pretty much every other main character's thoughts at this point, but we've only gotten surface level stuff with Mike. He was pretty interested in finding out who Will was interested in, hasn't been able to say he loves El in the past few years, pays more attention to him than her, and is able to open his heart to Will and not El. I think Mike has a crush and he doesn't know how to handle that. Which is why he tried distancing himself from Will at first and was moping when Will wasn't paying attention to him.
