It's got that kind of sailor/sea-shanty type rolling lilt to the chorus, and then the verses are tight, and I just fucking love it.

A proper cathartic song for me. I lost my dad at the end of 2019, I'm a runner and this song makes me think of my old man when it's on my playlist. You're a strong word Smith, don't stop writing music
