  • Yes, we know-slashing pow and laying down turns are part of what makes this sport special. But we think the social element (especially here in the Midwest) is equally important. Join us as we spend an evening at Brandywine Ski Area in Northfield, Ohio, to check in with those coming out to enjoy skiing well into the evening.
The 101 is a video series focusing on tips, tricks, and insights to help beginners enjoy winter. A huge thank you to Head Skis for sponsoring this series and for continuing to support getting more people into this fantastic sport.

Thumbs Up Matthew, way to keep the stoke. I joined the thread down line to complain about the winter. But, really what it comes down to is that, skiing is fun! Your video today proves it.

@thechampagneroom1 the resorts have to make more snow now more than ever. Plus utilities are up 25%. Fjb.

@@maness2112my local resort bought 15 new snow guns last winter, they bought 5 more in December.
Next winter should be colder though since this was an El Niño year.

@CrobinHood8BitGuy I think the last 4 winters have been in an el Nino pattern.

Yup, this winter sucked, really not even good enough to do the manmade coverage well. Next year it is, 24-25 it will be!

We don’t have the best mountains, but we do have the best culture and terrain parks.
