I picked mine up today from the shop and had a few cups of tea with Andrew and the team. I've just deafened myself playing along to the WWR clap stomp backing track, this little gizmo certainly rocks ! Many moons ago, I played this on a tennis racket in front of the bedroom mirror when the NOTW album came out. Roll the clock forward and if I close my eyes, it's "Goodnight Wembley !". A brilliant bit of kit at what is a very reasonable price, given the range of features and sound quality. Buy one !
Like some other commenters, I'm horribly dissatisfied that this $60 practice tool doesn't sound exactly like a rig consisting of thousands of dollars in amps, rack gear, and pedals./s Some people in the comments need to gauge their expectations; does it perfectly replicate Brian's rig to his exacting specifications? No, but for what it costs it sounds damn good and the fact that it's fun and encourages practice seems worthwhile.
Absolutely wonderful! Awesome, thanks you so much for the video! Wonderful! I must check out more and keep up the nice work over there in Wales. Wow! Nice job! Wow! God bless!
Awesome!! Good job Andrew, I can hear the songs Hammer on to fall and we will copyright strike you 😂 These will go nicely with my Vox BHM deacy & digitech RS pedal 👍🏻
I was already just about sold on getting this for myself before I watched this video, but now I'm 100% sold! It ought to sound nice with my BMG Special plugged into it, anyway. Also, anyway, some nice guitar playing right there!
@big dave I found it! The toggle switch on the side that goes left and right, press it inwards. If you press it in you'll find four different sounds, it's in there! Let me know how you go.
I believe there is a way to do that. Wireless Bluetooth system, adaptor connectors & cables. Bingo! Here's some ideas: ruclips.net/video/A2183MfZWgQ/видео.htmlsi=wIhCpeNKaW9sRclC & ruclips.net/video/sq8zUGs4nrE/видео.htmlsi=NkkQSRUhJafKVd4p
I agree - got that typical digital fizzy sound. I think I read somewhere that it’s because valve overdrive tends to be odd harmonics and digital tends to be even which somehow sounds worse to our ears.
This the LAST time I buy anything because of online reviews. I wasted £150 on a p.o.s Jet JS300, £249 on a crappy Valeton mfx, and now £50 on this plastic p.o.s. Its a toy, it sounds crap (PRS and Tele), and now its in the bin.
haha love that smashed kelly (?) through the marshall 😆😆 Yeah these little Vox plugs sound pretty impressive, just a shame they do a different one for each style, so you have to buy more than 1, what a ripoff 😡🖕
This is better than Reverb's demo
That doesn't say much, oh my LORD...just came from there
Sure, reverb's was terrible.
and he tuned his guitar !

The amplug is amazing sounds great with a real TB in front of it too! 😊
Gotta admit, I pre-ordered this thing the instant I saw it. Glad to see it's really good, now that I'm catching up with reviews. 😊

I like how you ever so slightly changed up the riffs to not get blocked.😂
My God that sounds fucking awesome.
Awesome
Astrings is the Best for BM knowledge and Products....
Does anyone know what model of guitar is the one that is inserted in the amplifier that is in the background?
Very brown sounding. Gorgeous!

I have the Fryer Treble Booster and the Digitech RS. Do you think I need to buy this little Amplug as well?
Nice mastery of the guitar her dude. Way to show off the device (and your understanding of the switching and such of the guitar). Well done.

Great demo. How do you get the Brighton rock stereo delay. I've pressed every button and cant find it..?
Do they make a Bluetooth version?
Great video
This is s great demo
How did you connect the headphone aux to the recorder?😊
Do you have these in right now? If you do, I'll be down in the morning!
Yes mate!
@@astringsuk Then I'll see you in the morning 🌄
can you plug it into that amp too?
Of course. 3.5mil to 1/4" cable. Good to go.
sounds like the Zoom recorder was overloaded
Does it have bluetooth?
is this better than the fender mustang micro
Sounds good also in the hands of someone that can play too
I can't figure out how to get the phase sound. I especially want the sound at 6:52, Can anyone help?
I can't find the phaser either, it's so frustrating as it sounds great in the demo.

I wish it was available in Brazil.
Try sweetwater from the US or Thomann from Germany.
very nice.
Thats Nice
Holy crap
Sounds great. Wish there was a bluetooth edition.

Seems to sound thinner than the digitech
The amplug sounds better than the mv50 somehow
Likely the 1x8 speaker. Bet it sounds better through a 1x12
@@fatshartspunhouse2403 yeah probably, or even better in a 2x12
@@ItsJuuj97 Yeah, or even better through a 3x12
Yea, more likely even better through a 4x12
Still like the vox classic rock amplug better.
Sounds a bit too fizzy and with a horrid spike in the high register to my ears

Sure you know how to play guitar mate??
Also probably your guitars didn't sounded like the RS since they don't have the same wiring not even the same pickups
It would help if you could play the guitar correctly…
😂🤣😂 Back in yer box mate.... There is no right or wrong way to play the guitar
TF are you yapping about, the playing on this video is amazing, close to what Brian may actually plays
