      @@andrewgarfield9898 the people would be mad about the lifting straps me personally I don’t use them but if your forearms tire out first maybe.

    Also using straps allows for more intense direct forearm work. Stimulus to fatigue ratio is important.

    I had the same mindset shift. Used to think "straps are for the weak.", but that's a load of bull. It's a tool, just like everything else in the gym.

    i like using straps for this reason but it always seems like i have 0 grip strength and my forearms are obliterated the next day

    straps no bueno, adapt your grip to high intensity
