Some ppl have a strange tendency to stick out there tongue when thinking hard or exerting more force then they r used to. I am 1 of those ppl, in both camps. I don’t do it all the time but I do it sometimes. I started doing it around when I reached 20yo. Maybe I’m taking after my grandpa more than I realize in some areas.

Idc to be the biggest dude I’ve got a good amount of muscle to start slowing it down and focusing on strength training and building a more ATHLETIC body
Before I was going the power lifter route and my frames not the best for it joints didn’t feel great and cardio was trash until doing some MMA classes over the years
But athletic training like this guys done makes you sooo fast and explosive while using less cardio all while looking like a Greek god😂

So to have his spine you need to have his core first. I kid you not, a stronger core not only looks good but makes you strongest in the gym depending on how much you base most of your heavy weight exercises on it. And his knees are god blessed with how much he probably works his squats and developed his quads. Absolute machine
