We did this for my daughter's Birthday this weekend. We modified it a bit to make it a generic rainbow pegasus unicorn. I did the template sort of the same except I modified the head shape to be more like a real pony (can't stand the revamped version of my little ponies, they all look like aliens or something) anyway, it turned out great!
