I used to decorate cakes for my kids when they were little, but as they got older i got out of decorated cakes and focused on sweet treats. When I was decorating I always wanted to learn fondant but it seemed so scary and time consuming. One day a year ago, as my youngest child's birthday was coming up, I saw your mega funfetti cake in my feed, and very very quickly became obsessed with that cake and how easy it looked. We did this for my daughter's Birthday this weekend. We modified it a bit to make it a generic rainbow pegasus unicorn. I did the template sort of the same except I modified the head shape to be more like a real pony (can't stand the revamped version of my little ponies, they all look like aliens or something) anyway, it turned out great!
