I'm 12 and neither of my parents are doctors or anything medical, i have no idea where all this knowledge came from but I was given a GCSE test paper about human anatomy and passed with flying colours (GCSEs are like the SATs I think, you take them when you are 16)

I made this cake, it turned out amazing better than I could of dreamed!! It was for hubbys 50th party but I didn't do red velvet I did my normal vanilla sponge and coloured it red as I wanted a bright red inside I also did it in a 10 inch tin so it was huge, a great success! If anyone is thinking of doing it, go ahead it's great fun, wish I could upload a picture of it ❤️❤️️

There is single day!!!! Well, in South Korea. It's April 14th, called "black" day. On black day, we eat jajangmyeon! It's black bean noodles and it's delicious. Other than black day, we have March 14 which is not pi day, but white day. Basically, those who got confessed to on Valentine's Day have to reply on white day.

Just had an argument with someone how he thought you were a lazy decorator for using fondant. I was furious. Fondant allows for perfection. He's like "fondant is gross" and I tell him he doesn't have to eat it. He can't respond and just keeps saying it's gross. /sigh People are just so stupid.

Ever thought that he doesn't actually like the taste of fondant? Yeah you can make some neat stuff with it but it tastes nasty >.> folks often make the layers too thick as well (talking 5-10mm).
While I don't think Yolanda is lazy, I can understand where your friend is coming from. It would take a lot more skill and time to make a sculptured cake look like a heart if fondant wasn't used with the amount of smoothing and chilling. Personally I think it was right to use fondant in this case for the texture. If it was a dog I would expect fondant not to be used due to the fur texture. It has a time and a place in decorating, I'm sure you will at least be able to understand that?
