I expressed myself on X, but wanted to reiterate here that I appreciated your LOM style. Especially how you've handled the unicorn 2023 season and the tough one now. Best in your next adventure.
He’s always been a pretty good defender which is probably why he’s still with the team if the bat gets more consistent there’s a star player there just needs to lower the K’s or elevate the ball more one of the two and he reaches a new level
@@thomasjoseph3488agreed, the eye test is not as kind to Jesus as the statistical data. I honestly thought he was a negative fielder until I looked at his Savant page.
@@Willy_Gee I think Sánchez could erupt - just be one of those guys that the switch clicks on. He's controllable under arb, cheap for now, lefty, and we know the latent power. Shouldn't be any reason to move him in the next few years, at least.
@@thomasjoseph3488same here lol. His Savant page really changed my mind because he doesn't always pass the eye test as a fielder but when you look at the data, he's been surprisingly effective 🤷
A game in the Mile High tradition (or a windy day at Wrigley) is usually a mess, but this was fun in a no-pressure season. The new vibe from Stowers-Norby-Conine renews interest. Hope Edwards returns to top it off.
I followed this on the espn gamecast and it was even thrilling on there. I haven't tuned in much to what the Marlins did this year until the trade deadline, and it's been interesting to see the young guys performing despite the hole they're in. Exciting stuff.
I hate to be thirsty in public but the blonde girl (presumably Griffin's girlfriend) sitting with the Conine family last night was quite easy on the eyes.
Faucher has ELITE breaking stuff.
I thought for sure the comeback would get reversed in that bottom 9th but Faucher K'ed the side and wow. He should get a ton of credit for that win.
I'm so pumped for the Mr. Marlin Jr. era!

@@thomasjoseph3488 thank you for your kind words and also for your engagement. A true everydayer!
@@LockedOnMarlins I hope you stay engaged in the Marlins fan community. You've earned the enjoyment the new team will provide as it matures.
Wait what happened
We're just talking about Peter's retirement from Locked On Marlins. @@bryangonzalez4604
While we're giving Jesus Sanchez props, let's point out that his outfield range is quite good.
@@aaronchapman3 He always surprises me with his range in that flailing style of his!
