Your system of organizing parts looks very similar to my system of organizing parts. I keep telling myself that getting a 3D printer will fix the issue and not just add to the things I do to waste time.
I have had a hard time with that, I usually just source a parts body that doesn’t have crimped blades which is really rare and usually quite pricey so no alternatives as of yet
You may want to also look into double sided tape, with some older cameras the leather can erode due to the glue so the tape is a bit more gentle in that regard.
@@RompingBronco, yes I remember that one. I also remember trying to find your account on eBay.. not that I wanted the Minolta, but just to keep an eye on your listings.

Are you selling as one big lot?
Curious if you know a good source for Nikon FM2/FA shutter blades. There doesn't seem to be any reasonable cost options out there.

To UK viewers...what do you use to glue leatherette in place? Pliobond doesn't seem to be available over here.

@@RompingBronco Thanks. It's certainly worth a try.
Is your eBay ID posted anywhere on your channel?
I think I posted it in a video a while ago where I was having a hard time selling a Maxxum 7000

Selling my film cameras but I'm not telling you where. Duh... !!
All these cameras sold a couple weeks ago actually!
@@RompingBronco Kinda misleading don't you think?
Not really? I’m not advertising to sell these cameras it’s a video where I talk about cleaning them and taking photos
I’m sorry if you felt misled
