    He's right NO vibration.
    NO leaks.
It'll do 100 mph though not so quickly it'll do 100 mph
    Clutch isn't heavy for me.
    The engine/transmission is brilliant.
32,000 miles so far for me in southern California.
    A great bike.
Forgot to mention I've run a couple sets of sport demons but Michelin road classics last 50% longer and I'm still dragging metal on both sides on mountain roads

Seat is definitely sore point. But upgrade seat or condition youself. I did 4 or 5 10h 580 km ride(include 2-3 h total breaks). What i found useful is a 600 rupees cycling shorts , ditch innerwear and wear pants with no rear pockets(like jeans) even using a stock seat.

    Hello Bhai
    Appreciate such a detailed video.
    I’m 24, 5’8 and weight 65KGs, with an average physique I’d say
I have a great experience with scooters (traffic, highways, solo, pillion, with luggage etc in all sorts of terrain)
I recently learnt to ride a bike
I can’t afford to have multiple bikes hence looking for one bike that can do it all.
Is interceptor 650 a good transition for me? (I know it’s more than 200 kg and has high power for Indian roads, hence a sane mind says not to go for it)
The problem I have with going with a small bike is that I’ll outgrow it soon and I want to keep my bike for at least 4-5 yrs (cuz I plan on to move onto cars post that)
Do you think interceptor will be a good choice or should I settle for something of a lesser weight?
Cuz I think it’s only the weight that seems intimidating because I believe I will have that throttle control until I’m fully connected to the bike
PS: I’ll be commuting 60-70% of my time (includes Mumbai traffic) and rest on highway tours
Please guide bro, should I go for it or not
    Thanks in advance

Bro you're still in a school or what? There's no harm in changing the silencers on the bike it just saves weight, this is not even the straight pipe one, they are much louder and makes it a little faster too.

Hang on- did you said a 30 litre topbox? 30 lts really? You will know that interceptor does not have a long wheelbase. To add to that, the seat is also short one, which barely fits two people. So forget about doing any teenager tripling adventure on this one.
So, with that said - the end of the seat is the end of chassis!! If you tie any topbox or luggage which sits on that fellow, there is no way it will take that load!! No! At most a 3 kg load is acceptable. You put the luggage at the seat itself and a little bit outside of it should be fine, because that is well inside the chassis. Imagine riding at 100-120 kmph on a highway with a minor bump on the road, the kind of jerk that supporting base has to bear will be huge! And riding for days with that setup only tests the limit.
Also, putting such a big load at the far end of a bike increases risk of imbalance. You never want to have the rear end heavy or takes its own ride in cornering and stuff.

Not that the stock Exhaust Pipes are very attractive but you should check out Triumph Bonneville T100 or T120, they look so amazingly beautiful.
