    People talk about how they couldn’t afford this drone , Bt I built my own budget friendly version with an old 4 in 1 esc I had and a F7 flight controller, ordered a 10” frame from Ali and I love it so much, super quiet and fast, by the way I used some of your PID settings from this video lol thank you 🙏

    Nice job mate. I run a 10" - 11" modified carbon TBS quad with T-motors. It also is 6S,2P but using 5000mAh Samsung Li-ion cells. I get 25minutes flight time at 25km distance. So slower top end than you are getting. It has a go-pro 7 and DJI air unit (not O3 yet).

    That's what I love about you KemerFPV, you are always honest and mention the pros and cons. Yes, I agree and have installed the 03 Air Unit just minutes after receiving it! Lol. When you do your review on the change can you mention that the PWM frequency is at 24k and needs to be switched to 48k. I did not mention it in my how to. Also the after setting the ports tab for the 03 Air unit to DisplayPort MSP on the drop down, you still need to go inside the CLI command and type (set old_displayport_device = map or it won't work. It's set up for the analog vix.
    Great stuff as always from a truly honest reviewer. Oh, the batteries are very cheap as you can and in my opinion, should be running 2 6s batteries of your choice in parallel when freestyle flying or in general. You will get twice the C rating that you won't get with very heavy 3000mah lipos that have low c ratings. I use RC Hackers 2200mah 45c batteries in Parallel and get a hard, full throttle 8 minutes of freestyle. Take care and God Bless!

    This quad is a great price, but I wonder what you think about the 55a 4 in 1 ESC for a 10 inch quad? Don't most quads that size use single ESCs and aren't they usually about 80 amps? I assume the price of this was greatly reduced by the use of a typical 5 inch quad's 4 in 1 ESC.

    • @KremerFPV
      @KremerFPV  Год назад +1

      Hi, I think that this ESC is sufficient. I’ve bench tested this motor and a 55A ESC is ok with that setup.

    Great review of a gosh darn big boy. Iflight makes some good products, I love their motors. If I were going for a macro quad bnf, I'd go with iflight . Price seems reasonable for an analog build. But why no digital? There are 2" builds with multiple choices for the fpv system.
    Happy flying Gal 😎

    Nice Review, Gal
    That’s a HUGE quad 😮
    I don’t really see the point of a 10“ - my 7“ on a 4000mah has the same amount of flight time (18min) as this 10“ on 8000mah, can carry a gopro and is much safer, why bother buying an expensive 10“?

    • @jaysonrees738
      @jaysonrees738 Год назад +1

      I noticed it was really suffering from jello as well. Outside of having more lift capability, it doesn't seem to really offer much over a 7 inch quad.

    • @divingfalconfpv4602
      @divingfalconfpv4602 Год назад

      @KremerFPV I did 6S 12,000mah on 8" 1250kV. It's heavy but flies fine. Flies a good amount of time cruising at 50mph filming. Plenty of head room to not run out of battery on the way back. I don't freestyle with it. But it is like the max limit of battery I think I could run. Having 120a available pack stays cool. But need more power for anything heavier

      @jaysonrees738 Год назад

      @@MactacFPV Generally, it just ends up bigger without offering much over a 7 inch quad. Plus it's quite obvious that the frame is vibrating like crazy. Ultimately, the oversized gear is just going to make it cost more, and the huge props are more in the way than anything I've ever seen.
      Certain things just get tricky when you go big.

    • @MactacFPV
      @MactacFPV Год назад

      @@jaysonrees738 The larger props should theoretically be much more efficient though. There is a pretty large difference between a 5 and 7 inch prop, as long as your motor it properly. 10 inch props are more efficient than 7 inch props (I've tested pretty much every prop size from 7-10 on a thrust stand). You do have to deal with the larger weight of the frame, but that shouldn't negate it. My question more was - why are you specifically calling out iflight's frame as falling short?

    • @jaysonrees738
      @jaysonrees738 Год назад

      @@MactacFPV It simply appears to do everything my 7" quad does, but slightly worse. Less speed, more amp draw, more weight, more cost, more vibrations, and more prop in frame. Just feels like something has gone wrong here.
