That Nurse Jackie sequel series must be really interesting if they got her to come back as a star and executive producer! I’m excited for it. I thought the way it ended was perfect, but I’ll definitely welcome new episodes.

After watching the entire series of Oz, it's rather weird watching these two having a candid conversation about their careers giving how their characters liked to fuck with each other throughout the 1st three seasons of the show.
The story goes that Dean had recommended to J.K. that he try out as an insurance pitchman with one of the other companies after Dean had found success with All-State.

These two actors are a treasure. They are as interesting and magnetic and person as they are when in character. Interesting that both were never viewed as leading figures nor side character actors, but have managed to be such dominant forces in whatever they are in.
Must be great to get to that point in an actor's life where they don't have to audition anymore. That's the great thing about "Actors on Actors", because I assumed they all still auditioned and when the now recall these stories...they can barely do it! Great insight
God JK Simmons is just so incredible in everything he does! It’s so wild because the show counterpart is almost too simple that’s why it works so beautifully and you always feel dumb when you figure out what’s going on because you’re like oh darn OK yeah yeah yeah I can see that it’s sometimes the simplicity in a story or a script or shall it’s just as beautiful as its entire parts ? COUNTERPART... is one of those shows , that is SO refreshing & unique ...it unexpectedly swept me off my feet, The tree they were so fascinating and I thought well I’ll watch the pilot for my Montana boy JK and I think I’ve binged the whole thing couple days it really was that good .. but... Sure enough... whatever I fall in love with it will be taken away either tonight’s game flavor make up shell etc. it seems like it immediately departs lol. From my awareness none of my friends had heard of this show or anyone else...baffler! How hadn’t they started stalking J.K. S. @ This point in his career he is an actor they can play your sweet Grandpa Sweet father figure funny as hell or one of the scariest people that you would ever not want to be very versatile intruding believable just feel like actors have become glazed over phonies, how had really no one hear of Counterpart @ the time, so therefore if floods of $$ isn’t there immediately it seems their patience moves quickly also. (*¥*) they’re not really interested in keeping it going 😡. IMO itd been awhile since I experienced a show, not just watched it & liked it, Man in the high castle was very similar in my opinion and in my tastes that way just so dang refreshingly unique and couldn’t get enough I really liked American Gods also that was another sadly slow simmer incredible cast obviously the best author seems like no one’s heard of it it’s crazy because it’s so dang good and the actors are like top-notch best of the best just seems like when I want some decent kind of futuristic sci-fi / fantasy smish smash.. welp... Jeepers... it can get reallllly 🦇 💩 cooked & literally not believable- some of the stuff out there is SOOOOOOOOOO... so far out there that you feel like possibly It will be a real difficult job to be able to suspend my own disbelief ... to get into premise..w/o hard core instantaneous judgment of 🤔💭 🤦 WTF...’ this is such nonsense’ 🤦♀️ PLEASE.... Counterpart season 3 ...please come to me !!! lol

Wild how JK Simmons and Dean Winters are both insurance pitchmen. Dean is “Mayhem” for Allstate and JK is the Farmers Insurance Guy
