Nice views!! Ya know you gotta rest for a bit sometimes put the feet up! I have a great hands on physio that has fixed me for over a decade and he is local. I can recommend if you don’t have one. 😊
Nice Hike, You Show Your Age When You Said, I'll Try To Catch It On Film. I'll Be 61 Soon And I Have A Knee Injury And Dis Located Hip Injury That I Got Back In The Early 90's From A Car Accident. I Had To Learn How To Walk Again. I Do Not Know If Its The Really Cold Weather We Are Having That Has Irritated My Old Injuries Or Its I'm Getting Older LOL. I Got Caught In The Rain on A Hike Once Before And Have Told Myself Never Again Will I Hike In The Rain. 90 percent of The Places i Hike, Drones Are Not Allowed. 1 Reason Why I Never Bought A Drone, I Don't Need The Park Rangers Coming To My House Again. Beautiful Views.
I started to get bad knees in my early 30's, especially noticeable when descending. My wife suggested I take fish oil supplements and although I can't definitively say that they fixed the issue, it's over a decade later and I don't have any such problems now.
become a tour guide to most pop spots with you off raod son as guide n you do prep work and map person..between you you still make vids and you still info nights prior to tours of the trek n its level of fitness..those who stay gets guided by your son ..im mean my suggestion is rough around edges sir. 5 star lookout ty
pt 2 is you can setup base camp where hiker s can sleep overnight then breakfast then youve got base of mountain radio comms UHF CB for instant problens with your sons gps watch you got help in minutes rather days n coverred by news chopper...invest in bigget drone n flyup meds or refreshments to sons gps comords...im only just sayin youre in total charge and 100% backup
