I’m sorry you’re not feeling well. The holidays are not the best time to get sick. I hope you’re feeling much better today. I think back to all the years when I was the one taking the Christmas ornaments off the tree n everything else that was related to Christmas around the house. I was exhausted that’s for sure. But I remind myself how exciting it was putting up the tree n decorating it n setting all my favorites around the house. I even had to do the outside lights. I had help putting them up but it seems no one was around when time to take ‘em down. Funny how that happens. Now here we are in a new year of 2024. Gosh, the older you get the quicker time goes by. I can’t believe I’ve lived to 2024. Well, I hope that little nap helped you some. Looking forward to what your plans are for 2024 on your channel. Happy New Year to you n to Steve. It’s sooo sad packing up Christmas decorations! They always add a little magic or wonder this time of year! Sooo sorry to hear you weren’t feeling great over the Christmas holidays! Nothing worse, especially when there’s usually a lot of food to enjoy and be a little indulgent! You certainly did hit the jackpot with the beautiful gold glass tree decorations ( or baubles as the British call them ). You did amazingly well for having a bug!! Unfortunately they can knock the wind from your sails, so to speak! You did the right thing, the best medicine for bugs is rest and drink plenty of fluids. Hope you feel better soon!
