It turned out nice there where spots it didn't take and I had to paint the background and I sprayed it with clear gloss sealer. My friend loved it. It was a picture of herself with her husband who is now deceased.
So glad Mr Crafty Pants is back on yt to show us new and exciting crafts.
I’m having the hardest time with DTF 😢
Did you primer the wood surface? Is so what did you use? A polyester paint?
I only need some form of conforming heating device for rounding surfaces to experiment. Heat iron is not ideal. This flexes more than uv dtf.
Watching on the replay! Had to watch my Toronto Maple Leafs is the playoffs 😂
Priorities LOL 🤩
Has anyone every tried this on wood that had paint or stain on it? Or put stain on it after applying the DTF?
How well does this hold up if used on an outdoor sign that will face the weather?
Awesome dtf is a game changer for crafters. Thanks again Michael can't wait for another cool video
I love your name!!!! New sub!!❤❤❤

Hi everyone
On the replay here. I have watched a ton of your videos lately and have learned so much from them. I have learned so much about Design Space. I still have so much to learn, but I am so thankful for your videos.
Replay squad here glad to see you back
Thanks so much for watching!!
I plan on using a DTF picture collage on a wood cutout for coaches and senior players gifts. Would you recommend anything particular on top?
Replay squad, very nice!
Thanks Audrey!!
Would this work for cornhole boards if I applied a polyurethane over it?

Thanks so much!!
I miss your new video. Just been myself lately.
Can we do DTF on aluminum plates?
Hello Michael
Hi there!! 🤩
@Mr. Crafty Pants, so svg's can be uploaded to 143 vinyl and then they print out the designs on DTF. Sorry just trying to figure out if it's svgs or png that needs to be uploaded. Hopefully I am making sense. Thanks Michael.
Yes you can upload SVG's or PNG's. :) Hope that helps!!
is there an DTF that ships to Australia?
Hello❤❤❤
Hi there! 🤩🤩
I was wondering what the white overlay was, on top of the wood. Paint? This is amazing you can do this!
It just came that way, so I'm assuming it was paint 🤩
Hello, I missed what the temperature was set at for the east press. Can you post it here, please
345 🤩
Have you tried using this with plexiglas yet Michael?
You're best bet for plexiglas is probably going to be using something like an inkjet printable vinyl if you're wanting a design like what I've used here. Permanent vinyl would also be another option for you for decals. I've not tried DTF on plexiglas but my concern would be the heat press melting the plexiglas. If you want to try the inkjet printable vinyl, I'd recommend the StarCraft Matte Inkjet Printable Vinyl from 143Vinyl. You'll want to cover it with a clear laminate which they also have, if it's going to be exposed to the elements or water. Feel free to use my affiliate discount code "CRAFTY" to save some extra $$$ too 👉 mrcraftypants.co/starcraftinkjet
Hope this helps!!
@@mrcraftypants Thanks for the advice! Love your work!
Great to see you back!!
You're so sweet, thank you so much 🥰🥰
Hi! This is exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you. Have you trued it on a painted or stained wood?
That's great! I'm so glad this was helpful for you!! 🤩 I did this on painted wood in the video but as far as stain goes, I've not tried that. I definitely don't think an oil-based stain would work for this kind of project though.
I did a dtf to canvas ❤❤
Oh yeah?? How did you like it?
