My personal point of view is when we try to shutdown a conversation to even start, especially on the scientific front, it where we the problem start. Saying for example that vaccines doesn't cause autism, OK... But why does this rumor started ? Why do parents who get the severe case of them often see it occur after the vaccines. It could be just paranoia, but parent seem to target a specifics vaccines that is bundle together into one master vaccines, and then ask for their kids to be vaccinated for everything except one in particular, but then they pull out of the market the possibility to get the individual vaccines and force the combines vaccines. To me, even if the vaccines doesn't cause autism, it seem to show they are trying to make sure there is no data accumulated regarding this. And this is where I have a problem with ! And the same with the covid vaccines... If enough people are vaccinated, you can't differentiate issues within a populations in a public manner. Then who decide which data is collected and how it collected ? It not the medical professional, but government. Which is why someone dying from terminal cancer can be put as dead because of covid if they detected covid in their blood after they die... This is not normal, but they made it normal and justified it. That is my problem... To actions like this ! And in general when people act like this, is it because they are trying to hide somethings, especially when that person is powerful like a government !
Bad acting aside….. it was a decidedly political ideologically motivated octopus creature which has chosen to cancel anyone openly going up or against the one holy narrative about genders and race and social “justice”.
What feels like a lifetime ago I wrote a paper in college titled "Raised by Hercules" I was a fatherless child that was ignored by my mother. My only solace was to watch Hercules the legendary journeys at night when ever everyone went to sleep. I found the persona and stoic life of Hercules a main focus on who I wanted to be as a man.
And now I look at the TV productions and ask myself: what are the characters that are raising children like you? Or children on a better, but still precarious, situation than yours? I'm a fan of anime and I can say many (not all) make this role, thankfully.

I met Kevin Sorbo in Orlando Florida back in 2011. He came up to my husband and myself. We had our son with us, he was only one years old at the time but started talking to us saying how he has three kids, and they are great and to enjoy them before they get older. We chatted for a good 20 mins, such a nice person.
I was the electrician at kevins house in bridgehampton NY and I have to say he was the kindest man I have ever met! Offered me breakfast, introduced me to his wonderful wife and basically treated me like just another person! Beautiful! I support you 1000% kevin!!!
It can be both true that he's a kind person, but also says some really stupid things from time to time. He's had some takes where you just step back and go "wait...did you think about that before you said that??"
Dang, mate . Just started to watch Andromeda after ordering it and the Babylon 5 collection boxes EXACTLY THOSE 2 , AND FOR THAT SAME REASON, I thought they both might be similarly good as well... I worked with Kevin on several films as a low level crew member. Super nice guy to everyone on set. He even invited me into his trailer to eat lunch when it was raining outside.
My sister grew up watching Hercules her entire childhood. She got to meet Kevin at a con several years ago, and got an autographed picture. She asked him if she could shake his hand, but he got distracted right then. When he turned back to her, he goes "oh, you wanted a hug" and gives her one. Her childhood hero gave her a hug and made her so happy she cried. If i wasn't a fan of Sorbo before, i would have become one then because he treated my little sister's fandom of him with the respect it deserved. Solid fucking guy.
All accounts of Kevin show that he's a stand-up guy with good morals and appreciation for the fans. This is a common theme in show biz, the people with good moral character get blacklisted. The same thing happened to Johnny Rotten when he called out Jimmy Saville for being a PDF file, BBC banned him.
No no, Hollywood is INCREDIBLY impressive; see they provide this amazing service, free of charge - they, by blacklisting people from hollywood, inform us of the producers, actors, and so forth that are worthy of our attention even if we do not fully agree with their politics and ideology. He was not blacklisted for speaking out for his position. He was blacklisted for speaking out against and even misrepresenting other positions, such as Atheists. He claims Atheists hate god, and won't accept that Atheists simply don't believe in god. You can't hate what you don't believe exists. Used to love the Hercules show. Would always make sure not to miss a single episode. Now, all those years later, after watching this interview, I realize what an awesome guy he is. People like this always grab you with their inner substance. They got that fire that drives them, and you can sense it about them. I guess what I'm trying to say is that they are authentic, real to themselves, and their audience, wearing no masks. This is what defines a true individual and a free man. I worked with Kevin Sorbo many years ago on a film set. He was sincerely one of the nicest, most gentlemanly and intelligent people I EVER MET in Hollywood. If a guy like him gets blacklisted while so many other truly nasty people are not, says a lot about the place. We support you, Kevin! You are the real deal and deserve all the success possible. I worked with Kevin and Lucy Lawless on Hercules and Hercules/Zena in New Zealand as a safety/medic, in early 90s. Nice guy. Not the usual 'Hollywood ego' you'd expect, and that show was huge down here. I arranged for some kids in the paediatric cardiology unit to come visit the set. Kevin was generous with his time, making an effort to learn about the kids heart issues and took a heap of photos with them in typical Herc poses with swords and other props. Signed autographs. You can tell a lot about a person at moments like these. Always respected him for that. So sad to hear he's 'cancelled'. Bollocks.

None of that changes the fact that his Pure Flix portrayal of atheists in the G/N/D films make numerous erroneous assertions and strawman implications which he has never heard expressed by Hitchens, Richard Dawkins or Sam Harris.

Hercules blew my mind as a kid. Yes it was a cheesy live action show but behind the cheese was one of the most epic adventures with to many memorable performances to mention
Kevin Sorbo is one of the last action actors I grew up with. Hercules was an awesome show, good, decent, family friendly TV media! The fact Hollywood cancelled him tells me all I need to know about how important families and morals are to Hollywood.
Well look at the statistics. 1940's, less than 26% of families consisted of single parent households. 2020's, an average of 74% of families consist of single parent households. Their programming is working. If there's no family to stay loyal to, who is there to take care of you? The government.

I also love that Kevin Sorbo did the voice for Hercules in God of War 3. I didn't actually realize it was him until I watched a behind the scenes featurette where they brought him in to do the voice acting. It was the cherry on top of GOW3 for me.

I went to school for film and special effects in 2009 and hadn't seen Jeremiah Johnson until last month and was almost embarrassed that I hadn't seen such an amazingly crafted film. Thank you for this interview with Kevin and thank you Kevin for sitting down and having such veracious courage to speak your truth, and to speak as a free thinking, and creative individual who's message is needed in today's social climate.

under "normal circumstances" people who dont make a lot of fame or money or impressions like me, would never be able to but as unlikely as it is i do have one thing i wanna say and i can only hope Kevin S. sees this message. i was born in 1989, and had many uncles and my dad of course around my entire life and they introduced me to the "Hercules" series in my childhood and i drew inspiration and interest for the medieval, fantasy, and even greek myths, mostly in part because of the show. so my message is as follows as a little person in this world, thank you for filling young me with light growing up and i want you to know i dont think, nor ever have thought any lower of you because of your views. i have great respect for you and hope you continue moving forward as strong as i remember you from the show in my childhood. i am sure the creators of this channel will have some way to let you know how much you truly mean to those of use whom you've given dreams to

I really liked Andromeda - the quality was a bit uneven, but I think they had a pretty strong cast and cool universe going. I think it could have been better if studio did not insist on "streamlining" the show which eventually caused the lead writer/developer R. H. Wolfe to depart the project.
Kevin is one of the few sane actors in the US. I used to watch Hercules. His character always came across as good, intelligent, and compassionate. It's great to see that Kevin is like that in real life. Wonderful guy. Thank you guys for this great interview.

What feels like a lifetime ago I wrote a paper in college titled "Raised by Hercules"
I was a fatherless child that was ignored by my mother. My only solace was to watch Hercules the legendary journeys at night when ever everyone went to sleep. I found the persona and stoic life of Hercules a main focus on who I wanted to be as a man.

I met Kevin Sorbo in Orlando Florida back in 2011. He came up to my husband and myself. We had our son with us, he was only one years old at the time but started talking to us saying how he has three kids, and they are great and to enjoy them before they get older. We chatted for a good 20 mins, such a nice person.
I was the electrician at kevins house in bridgehampton NY and I have to say he was the kindest man I have ever met! Offered me breakfast, introduced me to his wonderful wife and basically treated me like just another person! Beautiful! I support you 1000% kevin!!!

My sister grew up watching Hercules her entire childhood. She got to meet Kevin at a con several years ago, and got an autographed picture. She asked him if she could shake his hand, but he got distracted right then. When he turned back to her, he goes "oh, you wanted a hug" and gives her one. Used to love the Hercules show. Would always make sure not to miss a single episode. Now, all those years later, after watching this interview, I realize what an awesome guy he is. People like this always grab you with their inner substance. They got that fire that drives them, and you can sense it about them. I worked with Kevin and Lucy Lawless on Hercules and Hercules/Zena in New Zealand as a safety/medic, in early 90s. Nice guy. Not the usual 'Hollywood ego' you'd expect, and that show was huge down here. I arranged for some kids in the paediatric cardiology unit to come visit the set. Kevin was generous with his time, making an effort to learn about the kids heart issues and took a heap of photos with them in typical Herc poses with swords and other props. Signed autographs. You can tell a lot about a person at moments like these. Always respected him for that.

I went to school for film and special effects in 2009 and hadn't seen Jeremiah Johnson until last month and was almost embarrassed that I hadn't seen such an amazingly crafted film.

The first time they laughed. However the entire format of this show is a neutral factual interview. You need to have a stoic demeanor, you can't laugh the entire time.

under "normal circumstances" people who dont make a lot of fame or money or impressions like me, would never be able to but as unlikely as it is i do have one thing i wanna say and i can only hope Kevin S. sees this message. i was born in 1989, and had many uncles and my dad of course around my entire life and they introduced me to the "Hercules" series in my childhood and i drew inspiration and interest for the medieval, fantasy, and even greek myths, mostly in part because of the show. so my message is as follows as a little person in this world, thank you for filling young me with light growing up and i want you to know i dont think, nor ever have thought any lower of you because of your views. i have great respect for you and hope you continue moving forward as strong as i remember you from the show in my childhood. i am sure the creators of this channel will have some way to let you know how much you truly mean to those of use whom you've given dreams to

Kevin Sorbo will always be Captain Dylan Hunt to me! I grew up watching Andromeda and it’s my favorite sci-fi.
Andromeda is a sci fi classic. I still remember great lines and concepts 20 years later.

I don't disagree, but it's probably because sci-fi is (thankfully for fans) a niche genre that isn't completely full of wokeists and normies yet, @@MoreEvilThanYahweh. Hercules is what won him mainstream fame.
I really liked Andromeda - the quality was a bit uneven, but I think they had a pretty strong cast and cool universe going. I think it could have been better if studio did not insist on "streamlining" the show which eventually caused the lead writer/developer R. H. Wolfe to depart the project.
It means a lot that the actor I enjoyed is actually a decent human being. I appreciate him being a lion and not a sheep.

Kevin is one of the few sane actors in the US. I used to watch Hercules. His character always came across as good, intelligent, and compassionate. It's great to see that Kevin is like that in real life. Wonderful guy.
