With the stories of the God of Destruction Kakarot and the Broly that became Goku complete for now. It’s time for us to discuss what would happen if these stories shared one universe. What if Goku was sent to Beerus’s Planet AND Broly was sent to Earth?
The beginning of our tale plays out the same way it did in both stories. Paragus is able to redirect Broly’s ship to Earth at the cost of his own life. While on Earth he’s raised by Grandpa Gohan until one night Broly sees the full moon and kills his adoptive grandfather. Leaving the boy alone on Mount Paozu for some time to come.
Five years after Broly first landed on Earth, Bardock has convinced Gine to send their youngest child - Kakarot - away. He had his suspicions about Freeza’s motives for collecting the Saiyans on Planet Vegeta and wanted to save something for once - not just destroy. According to all scanners, the planet Bardock chooses has no notable life forms or power readings, but contains plenty of wildlife for Kakarot to sustain himself off of. What Bardock didn’t know is that God Ki is undetectable and the God of Destruction Beerus was the owner of the planet he sent his son to.

I think GoD Kakarot still wouldn't have forgiven Trunks so easily.
After sparing him, Kakarot still has to deal with the fact that Trunks broke universal law.
Maybe he could have Trunks train as a Kai as a form of "rehabilitation" since he has show the possibility to be force of good for the Universe.
Yeah. Shin and Kakarot would discuss the terms of Future Trunks’s fate and would oblige to take him in as his student and with him training the Z-Sword, Shin would test it, Elder Kai would be free and grant Trunks’s the Ultimate form.

@Cxsmo Its explicitly stated that this Trunks is from an alternate timeline where everything happens as normal. Goku going to earth, the Saiyan arc, the Frieza arc and Goku's death from the heart virus, the only difference being that when Trunks time travelled to save Goku, instead of just merely going to the past, he ends up going to the alternate timeline where not just Broly is sent to earth instead of Goku but where Goku ends up going to Beerus' planet instead too.

Yeah it did. Whis splitting Grand and South Supreme Kais from Buu before being destroyed by Kakarot. And Kakarot attacking the Saiyans on Earth not because of it’s corruption and finite resources but because of Future Trunk’s interference in the past and how time travel is forbidden in the multiverse and has to be punished.

I’m so happy that you added a segment of Trunks recognizing GoD Kakarot! That was one of the things that disappointed me the most about the original crossover
And turns out Trunks didn’t need the Heart Medicine to the Heart Virus after all because Kakarot never went to Earth until he became a God and thanks to his divine role and partial immortality, Lord Kakarot is immune to all diseases and toxins.
Why did future trunks timeline not change
Is it because this trunks is from the same time line the dbz trunks was from and not from this time line's future
It’s great to see these what if’s being combined. Two of my favorite what if’s made into one, also with the granola arc almost over, he can add more into it, like Goku always using ultra instinct, on the level of the angel’s (not as powerful obviously, but as effective at using it, maybe better than the younger angel’s, at using it.
It is a seriously short-lived arc though lol
@@theoofer478 true, but not much you can do, unless they did more with og73, and involved Frieza. This arc was basically just one really long fight, with Goku, and Vegeta trading, until the big reveal, than another big fight began, but than again most of the arcs in db are like that, but they normally add more into it, too make it more interesting, like the peaceful period after Goku, and Gohan gained mastered ssj or Vegeta’s speech of him admitting Goku is the best, and his speech before he did the final explosion.
I like the arc, I just wish they did more with it, the Moro arc had more to draw you in, and his powers were great, with them bringing back magic, and Moro73 was a interesting idea, but they should have kept his goat like face, the arc had a lot of references towards cell, but once Moro73 showed up, he was just cell 2.0. Still it’s a good arc.
@@ginnungagapabyss5639 Yeah, I think they could have prolonged the arc if beerus actually took his job seriously for once and showed character development by fighting after goku and vegeta were defeated. I think he might be able to join in the next few chapters but there is a really low chance of that happening.
@@theoofer478 the problem with that is, Beerus was only interested in Vegeta making Goku look bad, showing he’s the better teacher, also Beerus do not care about planetary affairs, frieza’s still doing his thing, honestly the heeters running it, might be more beneficial, they are only interested in money, frieza’s a psychopath who have a crazy temper so the heeters would be better. Than you have the fact on, why would Beerus feel the need to get involved, the humans on earth are in the top 20 strongest beings in the multiverse, without counting Uub, the Saiyan’s are so powerful now foe’s need a unbelievably broken hax to even push the saiyan’s, and most of the foes either copied their powers or wished to surpass them.
Also did Beerus ever actually need to get involved in any arcs, resurrection of F he had Bulma, so the food he craves will be safe, and for insurance, Whis can just rewind time. The universe 6 tournament God’s cannot fight, so nothing Beerus could do. The Goku black arc, Beerus couldn’t mess with time or he risk Zeno wrath, also he did more than enough preventing present Zamasu from going through with his plan. The tournament of power, had manga Beerus trying to fight for his universe, but Zeno couldn’t see, so the mortals were used instead. Broly movie, honestly I see no reason Beerus would even bother getting involved, besides using Broly as a rival. The Moro arc, Beerus was close to just jumping in, because Goku had Moro, but his pride made him mess up big time. Honestly this arc didn’t give any reason to have Beerus get involved, Granola was nothing more than Beerus chance to outdo Whis, and he was no threat to the mortal ranking, with the heeters being better than frieza’s rule.

The "God of Destruction Kakarot" and "Goku and Broly on Earth" WI stories are probably my favorites, so seeing what is shaping up to be a combination of the two definitely had my interest...and then you took my expectations and blew _way_ past them. Awesome job, Carthu!
This give both so much more opportunities for growth and learning, Goku had no idea about blue or super sayain when he went to berus

Lord Kakarot is a God now. He’s detached from humanity and never went to Earth to begin with but as a Saiyan he’s far more interested in battling Broly than Earth women.

Not gonna lie, as a DBS fan I'm a fan of all of Carth's content, but these two what ifs were my favorite so the fact that they are now combined is astonishing to me!
@@RiCk-ni5pv Right? Destroyer Goku needs to be a thing so much. Like, the overall character to me screams perfect spinoff. Like, I feel it to be a fitting end to the series. Where when Goku Jr enters the fray, the "spirit" of Goku he speaks to is actually Destroyer Goku who finally realized the only way to keep his universe safe is to nut up and make the wish for immortality. Every attempt to stay dead for the chance for another hero to take his place has failed. His quirk of course would be that he's always training, traverses the universe for foods like Beerus, but simplistic in his want to challenge strong people. Unlike Beerus he doesn't get discouraged by weaker fighters, rather he just scales down to them until they catch up. He's done this with both Vegeta and Caulifla.

Genuinely love this one over the last crossover you did. Its more streamlined with bigger twists instead of the foocus being on goku and kakarot. Its on trunks and vegeta as well for very different reasons and thats just super cool

I really think you're pretty underrated. Your what if scenarios are really something special, and it's easy to tell you put a lot of thought into the questions stated in the title. I can only imagine the hard work it takes for these videos, but thank you for bringing us this amazing content, despite it not getting as many views as it should. I truly enjoy it, and it honestly even brings something special out of the series as a whole, and makes you realize just how complex the world is, and what changing one little thing can do to the story. All I can say is well done Carthu's, well done.

Why do I remember Kakarot's Sayan nature coming out a bit, allowing a single hit from full-power Broly, only for Kakarot to see said nature as a weakness, thanking Broly before beating him?

Love it when you connected these two storylines, I consider both my favorites made by you. This felt like a MCU/DCEU Crossover, which was really exciting to see how these characters would react. Im looking forward to these kinds of crossovers! (if they are possible to be made of course) You never dissappoint =))

Only if they were trained by another God of Destruction, he was trained by Whis, plus ego is not a thing that suits Kakaroth, but does suit Vegeta

It was a single video as a 30k special. This is basically that but completely rewritten, re-edited, and made to fit with how the remakes of those What Ifs handle the characters.

Not this time. Because Whis’s been trying to replace Beerus with someone else better the whole time as the Angel grew restless under his Lord’s outlook. Beerus is extremely lazy and useless. Lord Kakarot on the other hand is raised to be the perfect God of Destruction and is far more decisive, stronger and wiser than Beerus ever was and dedicated to his job/role. Zeno would be so proud and impressed by Kakarot’s hardworking and power that Universe 7 quickly became his favorite and orders other Gods to grow their respective universes or else they’ll risk being erased by him.
I mean if you assume the that the plot demands it but y’all just say that for no reason.
@@calvinkopp1735 Basically what happened in the story but Kakarot was actually sent to the other universes and presented a list that will help them build a foundation in terms of ameliorating their respective universes.

What if idea - What if goku was the prince of all the saiyan and also was born with a high power level like vegeta
He would die on planet vegeta.
The saiyans would put him in the elite section of the pod things and wouldnt be able to be sent to earth by bardock since he cant bypass the security.

I have an idea of how you can squeeze in a part 2. U7 mortal level was the 2nd lowest. Maybe kakarots raised it significantly but still not enough to be above the cut off. Idk what would inspire Zeno to hold the top but if he throws one then we'd get to see u6 with beerus as a fighter

I think King Cold in this scenario would go try having an alliance with Moro, Galactic Patrol prisoners, or the Heeters. Only to meet his demise in all the options. Or he does nothing but stay on Kakarot & the Earth's fighters good side.
it's so good to have a what-if end with everything going well. broly living out his life in peace along with his friends/family is so heartwarming.
While Lord Kakarot enjoys his godly powers and skills and top of his heavy duty to balance his universe with the Supreme Kais.

Man a crossover that could possibly happen neat, and with an ending that makes sense too because yeah the Supreme Kai would vouch for the Z-Fighters after stopping Frieza and Majin Buu. Anyways another really good remake of this what if, and looking forward to your next video soon.

sadly I missed the premiere but the scenario made sense! considering Goku's personality change with the head bump and applied to broly to suppress his power, as to still add conflict and the events unfold Un-similarly but still have conflict.
so basically heres the difference:
God kakarot never fights raditz vegeta and nappa
kakarot never meets broly until now
Broly and kakarot fight
i think thats about it (tell me if i missed anything else) oh and trunks kills frieza
Whis has Shin bring the pink cocoon so that Kakarot would fight Majin Buu to grow immensely stronger for a year until the gap is full for the Saiyan God. And Whis frees both Grand and South Supreme Kais earlier than Kakarot would with Forced Spirit Fission.

OKAY I HAVE A GREAT IDEA FOR REAL THIS TIME “What if Zamasu accidentally (or purposefully) merged with Gowasu?”
You could go a few different ways I think, taking on their unique personality traits into one character and creating an entirely new being. And remember base vegito was able to blow away half of merged zamasu in the manga, and base Gogeta could keep up with an enraged ssj broly, showing fusion is stronger than a SUPER SAIYAN BLUE level power up on top of base goku! (at least in the manga, scaling too how blue goku did against either fighter.)
I know you go by the anime, I go by and prefer the manga where fusion is pretty much objectively stronger than the godform on its own so idk if this is still as interesting in the anime. Maybe you can just use the manga canon for this one if that’s even needed. The point is this merged character is much more powerful by default and if the goku black zamasu timeline stays the same things could go very different for our hero’s with a MUCH more powerful AND immortal Zamasu... Gomasu... Zowasu? Have a field day. Im reading this part of the manga right now btw and Zamasu DID have his hatred for mortals before goku, and besides, the goku black timeline’s goku can stay the same anyways if needed.

One thing I'll leave as a suggestion for future series is to not shy away from adding your own elements of "fanfiction" (if you wanna call it that) and/or just unique circumstances to really twist up the canon story. I understand the appeal at keeping What-Ifs very grounded in realism to the main story, but I can't help but feel like there is an entire other spectrum of story-telling that is being glossed over by just reusing similar events without really changing interactions and plot devices.
One good example of someone I personally enjoy is "Salad Sayain", and his stories have found a pretty sweet balance between staying true to that core-feeling of Dragon Ball while also being something that I can listen to/binge solely for the unique character dynamics and enhanced story elements alone. Your videos feel like an epic tribute to very analytical and calculated moves, but I can't help but feel like there's a lot of potential to be found if you really crack out of your shell and go all-in on some of your own, though realistic editions. Thazz all~ Love this idea though, and can't wait to compare it to the other two originals!
