What a race on that first one. Brave move on the Austrian lag monster, and running out of fuel right at the end. That's almost Jenson Button at Canada 2011 exciting, fantastic

aww. mate what a race! too bad about the fuel tho. this morning i was in a A S lobby for kyoto starting 6th and I (somehow) managed to make my way up to 1st. going into the last straight right before the line I dropped to 2nd in the same fashion you ended these races 😂. it was a quality race though 👌
19:08 - at least you're consistent with it. Im sure i couldn't run out in two separate races, in two completely different types of car, within a few hundred metres of each other. Actually I've probably just massively jinxed myself!

Jesus, at 11:29 you make up around 0.7 seconds to the guy ahead in one braking zone / corner. If you count a couple corners before that too, its around 1 second. That was amazing
The exact situation happened to me when I was flying through the last corner to take 1st place when I ran out of fuel in my 919, 2nd and 3th where right on my tail and I came 3 across the line but it was a very good combination
Same thing happened to me last night in the nations championship. Gr2 at Fuji. Misjudged fuel went an extra lap before pit and ran out second last corner. Went from 2nd to last (16th). Was awesome. Clawed way back to 9th. Was easily going to win as well. Oh me oh my.
so i've had an experience JUST like that first race.... gokart racing and a typical race for us was 20 laps on an oval dirt track racing stock light. ended up having many many cautions and did 35 green glag laps till finally a green white checkered... ran out of gas last turn in first place... finished 3rd.
This guy should be a racing commentator. It’s hilarious, intense and drops a lot of innuendos. Too much.

I would be so salty in the end. I just got into kart racing last year and man watching your videos has taught me a lot. I'm from the U.S. and most Americans are horrible drivers but I want to go beyond that status and be a better driver. I'm not perfect by any means but racing is in my blood.

After watching your GT Sport Series for a while I finally downloaded the game. Brand new to it so I'm not going online yet in case I mess up some races for people. I'm not using any assists, TC etc and I'm using a controller and tbh I'm not doing too badly but remember that's against AI, don't know what my pace is like against actual people yet. My main weakness is I don't really know a lot of the circuits so sometimes I get caught off guard if there's a corner I forgot about or a braking zone I missed but overall having a lot of fun. Will continue with campaign for a bit, maybe dabble in a bit of multiplayer soon! Having so much fun!

The Austrian has no excuse for that kind of driving. After 8 laps, he can't claim to have missed his breaking point. I like the snooker Q ball concept 😂

Brake slightly softer through corners, specifically hairpins, in order to generate more power.

Hey Super GT, have you ever tried switching between rich and lean fuel mixes throughout the lap to save fuel like people do on the F1 games? Just a thought, also love the videos and commentary

@@Exponaut_R-01 You should be able to, bottom right hand corner as he races hes switching between radar and fuel mix. He just isn't changing the fuel, not that i noticed at least

1. These are the daily races I think under the sport tab just above where you find the lobby button. They change every week
2. Normal I think. Just restart the PS4. I've had the game hang on me before but very rarely
How do you fuel manage. I would do the same but still end up losing due to fuel loss. I might be driving the car as hard as I can though
for some reason, I have great luck with this race format. I have always qualified in the top 5 and also finished in the top 5 and even got my first nations cup win there. And i have the videos to back it up
Just curious, ever been in races where you've seen people forced into pit lane against their will? I.E. being rammed in there or pushed into it?

Ouch. In that second race, if you hadn't lost those precious couple seconds by cutting the grass, that would have been a 5th place finish. Just needed to fuel save a little more...
I dont think that the flag you were confused about in the second race was baharain because baharain has spikes at the end of the red

Drivers in the Oceana region are using handbrake in qualify times, at interlargos through the tight bits. Do you ever use this tactic. I am trying it does help to turn car in.
thirsty boi runs out of juice before the finish
I was one of two (I think) 908s in my race... I rage quit after I got pushed wide while on the outside of the banked corner. On lap 9, so that should give you an idea of the race I was having. I hate this track so much.
