- Paw grew up in a world of cooks, mastering the recipes his grandmother adored and cherishing memories from childhood trips to the bustling markets in Udon Thani, in the heart of Isan.
Over a decade ago, Paw met his now Korean wife during her visit to Thailand. The two fell for each other quickly, thanks to Paw’s relentless serenades of “Fly Me to the Moon.” Now, settled in Seoul, Paw is carving out a name as the city’s most beloved Thai chef.
Huge shout out to the @casablancasandwich team for the introduction. Stay tuned for more stories and highlights from Seoul.

Why is everyone hating on his voice? Your accent is usually formed from where you reside most of your young life. It’s not that big of a deal. Move along.
