Finessor Ive seen a lot of reviews and blogs on how the Scat Pack Challenger is overlooked and really really good as a manual.
Ill be the first to admit that I dont care if a 6MT Hellcat is useless. I want the power and tire shredding torque in any gear at any speed. Even if it kills me, I welcome the chaos lol

Niels de Bakker yeah thats the crazy thing that the SRTs are known for speed and they produce thousands of vehicles every year but still who holds the land speed record? Toyota, it’s embarrassing they should modify a trackhawk at Chrysler and take that landspeed record

I loved the list, I would've made an honorable mention of the Ford Explorer ST. It has a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 that makes 400hp, weights less than 2.5 tons, and has a 0-60 of 5.5 sec. The best part is that 5-star sells a performance ecu flash that with simple tuning brings out 100 more hp out of the Explorer making 500hp. And for about 600 dollars it's a very cheap way to make a lot more power. It was tested with the enhanced ECU and beat the Durango SRT. It did a 0-60 in 4.4 sec with the E50 mix ofcourse, still amazing!
They still miss a bunch like full electric : Rivian R1S ( it can do 0-60 in 3s).. GMC Hummer SUV one second slower 0-60 in 4s is still fast and from those with engine - Brabus 800 GLS ( has a big V12 biturbo top speed 214 m/h that is crazy.. 340km/h)..
I just figured out why I love his presentations so much. Its like watching Drunk History! Its always entertaining as you learn stuff from him.

S85B50 Engine I agree with you on that, even more as 1st place on this list was a one off. Only mentioned the X3 from a production car point of view, better than some other cars mentioned here...especially the Forester which will need mods to sort of make it worthy going on the list. 😁

That Land Cruiser is beautiful. I’ve seen it parked down at the Plano TX HQ garage along with their other projects.
My family had an early gen pre-facelift/rename(to Outlander) Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo R. It was essentially a SUV body on an EVO 7 GTA drivetrain, with the 4G63 engine detuned to about 240bhp 343Nm (but peak torque 1000 rpms lower than the EVO7). It was right up there with the Forester STi, but a lot rarer too. Miss that one a lot.

I would have to disagree on the cayenne at the same time Infiniti was offering a Fx45 that was 20k cheaper was faster, had a nice interior and a 4.5L V8 that was a even better 5.0. It was faaaaaaaaast too rivaling the Porsche in term of performance and only really bested by a 100k SRT jeep.

The term SUV now means "Tall Sedan." Most of today's SUV's are nothing more than tall sedans, wagons and hatchbacks.
That's cause they are called crossovers. They died out on the 1940s and 50s and are now making their long desired revenge kill against the sedan. They have been planning this for decades.

I remember when i first saw a supercharged grand Cherokee pull a 12.2 second in a ¼ mile. All i thought was "damn thats a fast grocery getter!"
It's normal. AMG and M are doing this for decades now. To lose to SUVs like X6M that can run 11.5 stock isn't embarrassing at all.

Im really happy the forester sti was included... i myself have a sti swapped forester xt and can testify it cost less than a same year model polo and i smoke gtis with it... sometimes even golf R's... al in a car that i can fit 5 people and their luggage and tow a offroad caravan through some muddy roads that alot of 4x4s would struggle with... o and did i mention it takes speed bumps like a rally car😂😂

I have a 2004 Fozzy XT, they even came with the same bottom end as an STi. Upgrade to a vf39, throw out the air box and do what you need to the exhaust and with an AP you can easily OTS stage 2 tune to 300 to the wheels and it's a freaking forester hauling ass down the highway
