"Stop being the victim" i have never felt anything more! I always tell people Playing the victim only hurts you more. You have to take accountability For something in any situation. Figure Out your part And how you could have done something different. It is so empowering, and it really helps to heal! If I could give someone any advice, it would be that. Once i figured that out my life Truly changed for the better!!!

What is the obsession with women to marry and get kids? And why is that the first thing a woman has to answer when in a new relationship? As a Swedish person I feel it's totally normal to just enjoy your relationship without rushing into this. Especially if you already have been married and have kids.... enjoy each other and the freedom! Kids aren't the answer to everything. There is so much more in life to experience and enjoy.

    • @BrooklynAlien

Assuming that all women are naturally obsessed with marriage and children is outdated and reductive. Women have diverse ambitions and desires beyond these traditional roles. Having children often requires women to sacrifice their careers and endure significant physical challenges, frequently without adequate compensation or support. As long as women don’t receive the necessary healthcare for free or financial compensation for these sacrifices, it remains a critical women's issue.

If you are truly 5'3-5'4", then you are still pretty darn thin. Bejng at 105 would be for someone 5'1". Trust me. I was anaorex*c looking when I got sick at age 15 with a slew of life-altering incurable and intractable pain disorders and health problems that 18 years later I'm still barely coping with. Anyways, when I first got sick I was 5"5.5" and around 115-118lbs maybe...went down to a dangerous 108lbs as I was so weak with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (and tons of other endocrine, adrenal, and thyroid issues) that all I could get down while bedridden was eating Cheerios one by one like a 2 year old toddler. Size 0 pants were loose and starting to fall down. Not good. While I only got significantly and horrifically worse with issues that span over a dozen different fields and subspecialty fields of medicine, the CFS was cured after 3 long years and even during then I dragged my weak as a kitten self to the gym at 16. Surprisingly, I grew a couple inches to put me at 5'7". During freshman year of college I went up to 138lbs which was the hugest I'd ever been but didn't look "fat." Really started working out with weights...which for girls and women wasn't popular in 2010+ like it is now, especially uoper body on the orders of my physical therapist (which was to help correct my weak and unstable winged scapulas to try to alleviate some of my super tight and painful trigger points in my traps which would make my chronic headaches I'd been diagnosed with at 14) who was also a long time competitive amateur body builder. Subscribed to Women's Heath, Health, and Women's Fitness magazines, doing research and pouring over workouts and moves to incorporate, cutting them out and putting them into binders as references to create varying programs that fit my sensitive body's current fitness state, muscle and nerve issues and then at 21 a super rare random knee injury occcured where I somehow tore a ligament, the patella femoral ligament, tore and was inoperable...it was incredibly frustrating and depressing on top of everything else In had to deal with and I had to somehow work around it without letting my other leg get too strong and unbalanced while also working the muscles in the bad leg--you never realize how much your knee area affects pretty much every lower body exercise, body weight or free and weight machines and cables until something happens--until it somewhat scarred over almost 2 years later. I got a top body scan to see where I was starting and would get one annually or sometimes semi annually for 5 years until my heart got crazy tachycardia issues which happened my fittest--250+ bpm in less than 90 seconds. Anyways, sorry for the long sorry, but 5-7 days of around 80-90 minutes with 20 minutes of only cardio and then the rest all varying weights (cable, bands, body, free, machines and some TRX) that I kept doing without much rest between sets and each exercise like a mini circuit training along with doing Hatha yoga at a pro studio once a week as my recovery day along with anywhere from 2-6 days of horseback riding, depending if I was just lessoning or actually was leasing or owned the horses, I would then after a full workout go and hack the horse for 20-30 minutes with two 60 minute difficult flat and jumping lessons and layer on added a third lesson from a dressage trainer so I'd also do 45 minutes of that in addition. So essentially for 2-4 years I was working out/exercising for 3 hours a day.
(Also, try different gym classes like Zumba or Step for fun cardio, belly dancing, Barre, go to a yoga and or Pilates studio, boxing gym, martial arts, or keep up a sport or sports you used ro do like basketball, softball, tennis, soccer, horseback riding, swimming, etc so you don't get bored or burned out and also work muscles you'd might not normally be able to target even with a complete varying program. Went down to 115lbs at 5'7" with 14% body fat (elite athlete category...any lower and you are into essential fat and could run the risk of messing up or stopping your period cycle) and 98.9 lean muscle mass and an underweight 18 something BMI (which we know BMIs are mainly useless, especially on their own).
I tried monitoring calories via a program but it was way too complex as my dad made super nutritious meals every day and putting every ingredient he used was way too time consuming and mentally not beneficial. I'm not a big eater, so I ate healthily with top cuts if meat/protein and wild caught Alaskan salmon and fresh veggies and fruit, but I'd also eat a couple Double Stuff Oreos or Culvers ice cream or a candy bar when I got a sweets craving. Obviously eat healthily and in moderation; when you are starting to feel full, stop.
ONLY step on the scale every 3-6 months and have it be at the same time in the morning as so you know for women our water weight, hormones, where we are at in our cycle, any medical issues like hypothyroidism, adrenal insufficiency, cortisoland hormone imbalances...all which I have, diabetes, if you just ate can and will fluctuate greatly and be a huge mind fuck if you'd weigh every day or weekly.

Don’t know who Estes is…. I’m assuming the Boyfriend? But yea no doubt Jay has his own money. I actually looked it up since I have known nothing about him except for what I saw on their show together. I had no idea he was a bodybuilder. He made a lot of money flipping real estate. What you’re talking about I think he did some kind of broadcasting for the NFL..

Ugh I love you but pls don’t let yourself get Demi moored with Ashton Kutcher- these things start off fun and super intense and then they become thirty something year old men too and fall into all the same old traps that middle age men fall into-- and then they leave and start family with younger woman-- and you end up looking like an ass and feeling bad about yourself bc your older when this happens. They look better bc of dating you, you end up looking worse. just being honest bc I been here with a 20 something year old guy, and I know how this goes.

YAAASSSSS Kristin!!!! I had a similar childhood as you. I'm an only child and had parents that were really only interested in their careers and hobbies. My dad was super successful as well. I also have always been triggered by whiney helpless people. Like, "Suck it up! You're a big girl!" 😂 Bc I had to raise myself. I also agree that people are triggered by your success, no bs attitude, and how you have chosen to live your life on your terms bc happiness and fulfillment is so vital. Not what others think of you👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What do you mean he wants to have kids? Like eventually one day??He's 24..or like in the next year? He doesn't want to fall in love get engaged, get married then eventually have kids with his wife?? I feel like he wants kids because he feels rushed because of your age and you put kids back on the table because of his age and knowing you wouldn't be able to continue the relationship with out them being a possibility. He's too young for you and that's a fact. Move on..this lio synching tiktoker isn't the one.

Is there anyway in future episodes you can adjust the height of the microphone- it hides too much of your face. When you do them with Justin it’s at an angle and not so bad. Anyway.. just a suggestion

People are talking like having a baby is like buying a new pair of shoes! Having a baby is a forever commitment. Kristen and Montana just started dating and the discussion of a baby is something very personal and a big deal. I am happy to see Kristen won't talk about Jay and her kids. It makes me respect her more. I hope things are getting better with Jay, Kristen and the kids and although she's not w/ Jay - they're still a family forever.

When I was in my mid 30s, I wouldn’t even date a guy that wasn’t 30. I fucked around and dated a couple 28-year-olds and they were just too immature. I realize they have to at least be 30. I was never looking for younger guys, but they are always the ones that seem to be around me or want to date me. Fast-forward 10 years, and at 44 I was dating a 30-year-old. Again, I was never looking to date anyone younger than me. But it just kind of happened during the pandemic and it was the best relationship I’ve ever had.

Do you think people that date younger let the younger person miss out on the things the older person already went through? Not hating on this relationship at all I think they are both HOT AF but it’s always been a curiosity of mine. I also know there are young people that have old souls blah blah but like in all reality do you think they miss out on their youth because the older person maybe wants something more serious??

    There’s a season for everything.
Does one change their course because the wind blows forcefully from the north or south east or west?
If you are a steadfast soul; when storms do and will come, does that change who you are, “ maybe” and you adapt and change course. Maybe not! Maybe we have faith and go with the flow believing everything happens for a reason.
My thinking is Be unmovable on the things that matter most, and flexible on the things that don’t define you. Because we can be deceived if we are moveable on things of substance. So, having faith in your higher power is good, but even the best can be distracted.
There’s a time for war and a time for peace, there’s a time for living and a time for un-living, there’s a time for crying and a time for joy, so says the word of God.
Does that mean we change when faced with difficulties ? Or now, having gone through problems; are we better equipped and recognize that life isn’t always going to be the same.
Can difficulties or struggles change who we are as persons, it can! In most cases it does, because it’s out of the storms that form our character.
Calm waters will get stagnant. And faith is only as good as the deed.

I think that's so completely true about age. I've definitely known some people that are almost 40 and are way less mature than some people I know that are in their 20s.
