Please do a variant wise comparison video. Since ZX only offers captain seats many people want VX model because it has bench seats. Vx versus Zx is need of the hour.
Fwd,Low profile tyre and Monocoque will be problem for Taxi operators in NorthEast,Kashmir,Ladakh,Himachal And UK,Best review and explanation of feature list compared to others
For them Innova Crysta diesel 2.4 will continue on sell, as they don't need such fancy features and tech the old school mechanical Innova will always be there for them.
In india indian family members and kids normally passionate about sunroof but toyota provide its only top models or they should provide bench seats in 2nd row if u carry driver with u then in top model only 3 family members can seats properly in long journey. 3rd impossible for long journey. So they should provide middle bench seats in top model zx , zx o

Toyota has a marketing strategy, Crysta has image of tourist cars and will continue to be so, while Hycross gets into mid premium segment, not for tourists or hilly regions but normal family customers who want good features.
Appreciate the review. So the only drawback was the hard plastic and the glove box. Tyre size can be increased, so overall a good product. Toyota comes at a premium though but then with the mileage it seems to be good buy. I have been a Toyota user for over 18 years now and nothing beats the engineering of it so far.
Looks really premium from the front, the grill and everything. Price is what matters more than anything at this point and i dont think it'll be any cheaper than innova, infact it'll be costlier.
@@BlameHari13well they have Toyota hyrider in 15-20 lakh region, so the base model will be atleast 20 lakh ex showroom, which means around 24-25 lakh On road. They dont have any Suv in the 25-35lakh bracket. Fortuner is now 35+ lakh range. I'll be happy if im wrong and Hycross is cheaper.

Toyota has missed the bus and has to catch-up against Scorpio N and XUV 700 Three reasons for it 1. It’s a age of SUV and Toyota may not be able to sell old style vehicles in MPV segments 2. Common people were buying Innova Crysta as it was only product of that size at the price point, now there are at-least 3 with adequate refinements ( Safari , XUV700, Scorpio N) 3. Mahindra has 4x4 option with similar size and warranty, which makes it more suitable for hills than a FWD Innova ( crysta was a RWD)

This car is not for tourist it is too costly

Toyota did a good job by making Hycross look more as SUVish instead of MPV. Customer preference today is more towards SUV looks.
