What I find that helps to keep me from swaying on the backswing is to allow my lead heel come up off the ground. This keeps me centered, allows my shoulders to turn and gives me the feeling of having time to get back to the ball on the downswing. Being 61, I’m not as flexible as I used to be and this helps.
Sounds like you have a great sense of awareness, and found some solid feels that work for you and your game. Keep up the great work and this off season would be a great time to start working on some mobility and stability exercises to help increase that range of motion.
I think you got a lot of good stuff. If you just show people exactly what they need to be doing. Get right to the point it would benefit more people. A lot of people won't have the patient to watch your whole video
