Also, meanwhile France's journals were accusing Måneskin of the worst things, she took her 2nd place like a real french lady, proving that you don't need gold to be the champion. 2019 is literal peak eurovision. so many favourites from that one year. storm (estonia - most underrated eurovision song ever & also my favourite ever), soldi (italy), spirit in the sky (norway), la venda (spain), zero gravity (australia) ; and so many more, but 2019 was just the best year ever despite none of my favourites winning.
Honestly, I'm happy with Toy and Stefania winning. Don't get me wrong, Fuego and Space Man are absolutely fire as well, but Toy left just a massive impression on me back then (I'm not even sure why) and Stefania is a bop

Those are great results and if she got a little more 12 points from the juries she would have won. And also france sends great songs almost every year. And Ukraine won esc 2016 but she got the 2nd jury place and public place if voila was in esc 2016 she would have won.
