Good morning Mansoor. Thanks for your question. The NV800E is sold as a domestic embroidery machine - however I have several customers who use it on a daily basis to create items to sell - so if it is used under normal conditions - as in a domestic environment, it can be used for a small home based business. It is not recommended for a factory type environment though, where it will run for hours at a time with no break. I hope this answers your question to your satisfaction. Please feel free to SUBSCRIBE to my Channel and also click on the little BELL below the video - so you will be notified as soon as I post new videos. Also please feel free to like my Facebook page - as I am busy setting up various different groups with hints tips and projects. facebook.com/sewandcraft1/ Have a great day! Is it better than M280D. I have sewing machine (old but ok) and I thought buy combo M280D but I have possibilities to buy this one bigger but embroidery only? Is it better?
Hi Moatz, Please refer to the Manual for your machine. Inside there you will find a list of included accessories and a list of optional accessories. (This does however vary in different countries.) In my country we also only get 2 frames. 26 x 16 cm and 18 x 13 cm There are 2 other frames available as optional extras, they are smaller. 10 x 10 cm and 6 x 2 cm. You can also always go to www.brother.com (select Support - and then Brother solutions - Home sewing and embroidery machines - and then select your product. Your machine falls under the Innovis range - select NV then NV2600) to get more information on your model in your country. It is important to also check back there every once in a while to update your machines software. This is found under the Downloads tab for your machine. There are step by step instructions there explaining how to update the machines software. If you are doing it via a USB stick - just make 100% sure that the stick is empty before putting the download file onto the stick - or the update wont work... This is in the instructions - but often people overlook it. :-) I hope this is helpful. Hi, The Brother NV800E has a sensor in the embroidery unit that will tell the machine what size the frame is that is on the machine. Now, if the design you would like to do is too big for the frame that is on the machine, it will give you the message to change to a larger frame. Also, when you open your design on the machine, if you look at the top of the LCD screen, there is an image of the different frames and the frames that are not suitable for your design will be greyed out. You will also be able to see the exact size of the design up at the top of the screen too. If you would like to access my full video course on the NV800E, please fee free to go to courses-sewandcraft.com and look for the NV800E Video course there. I also have an Embroidery Hints and tips Video Curse there too. I hope this is helpful. Have a great day. Kind Regards, Sherine Haines
