The best rap verse I’ve bet heard. The lyricism, content, Ruhm scheme , production, everything ja special on this one, I’ve never head a better overall verse.
I think the " I put my love for a woman on idle because I got beat with my momma's belt" line means that he can have or is ina relationship with someone but he has a hard time commiting because the closest woman to him for most of his life abused him. Also right after that he says "but I learned from my mistakes, try hard to respect people for what they believing in". I think that is a direct reference to the last line saying that he understands that his mother believed her punishments for him were correct and even though he carries some traumatic baggage from it, he did learn the morals that he believes from the experience, both negative and positive. Idk just a guess I suppose
