Made a chicken pasta dish with the Lidl Tomate Frito con Cebolla sauce
Ingredients
Lidl Spanish Sol de Mar Tomate Frito con cebolla ( fried tomato with onion sauce )
Tesco Hearty Food Penne Pasta
Morrisons Mini Chicken Breast Fillets
Morrisons Stir fry vegetables
Flora Pure Sunflower Oil
Cathedral City Mild Cheddar Cheese
Lidl Emily in Paris Duc De Couer Sparkling Lemonade
Sweeter than Fanta lemon. More a tangy taste to it and I didn’t like the aftertaste. So I think I’m gonna give it a 1 out of 5 stars as the more I drank it the more I didn’t like it ⭐️
Chicken Pasta with Fajita mixed vegetables - 600 cals on own ( 650 calories with cheese on top )

It was a nice sauce and you could taste the onion in the sauce i really enjoyed the sauce so id give it a 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
