Thank you Mma, once you explained it the crotch line measurement was obvious, but in all my many years of seeing I had never eard/read how it can be worked out so easily. Most instructions involve dividing up measurements and adding on. Great instructions and perfectly timed as I need to make a couple of new pairs. Very grateful.

I watched it through, and then again, but stopping it while I transferred my own measurements on to the paper. Its turned out perfectly ! I am short but wide, so getting anything to fit me is damn near impossible without taking up hems or altering sleeve lengths, so I thought I might as well just make them from scratch anyway. Thank you for a really useful and helpful video.

Yes you will need to fold the fabric, then you will have 2 piece for the front and 2 for the back
