I cry every time I reminiscence about the 70's. People that are no longer here, family/ friends and the awesome great times we had. I wish I could go back and see them again. This is as close as I ever get.

I understand you, friend. Its not that that this time doesn't have promise, or that the past was a necessarily better, but I was a kid back then, still mostly oblivious that friends and family are lost as the years go by, and that some great experiences can be had once and only once.

Even though I was a child in the mid 70's, I always loved the music! Disco done right is one of the classiest and even musically intricate genres out there. Everyone discounts it for cheesy lyrics and boring repetitive production.
Not the case. Especially on songs like this with full bands and sexy, seductive vocals ❤️‍🔥
Clocking in at 3min, 11s this gorgeous track is far too short! I could easily listen to a 6-10min version. Probably a 12" vinyl release that did just that. Which is another great gift from the age of Disco... the 12" single! With extended, instrumental, dub, and a cappella tracks to cut remixes on the fly!
Always wish I could've been alive during this age... maybe one day they'll build a time machine!!

I heard this as a 10 year old in 1976 and went nuts. It was that bass guitar that got me. Loved it ever since.
