Oh my goodness this was absolutely love changing and such divine timing right now, thank you so much i could feel the energy in my body shifting, I've been dealing with so much shame after people pleasing most of my life and giving my body away in ways i have been feeling such huge waves of regret. Thank you again for helping me forgive myself and move on and function better and feel self love again

Hi Katie, I also encountered the template of shame recently while I was journeying in the forest. It came with a powerful realization of how shame has disconnected so many from their true nature and kept us from speaking our truth or challenging beliefs that keep us in a low frequency. It has also been used to disconnect us from nature and the recognition that we are co-creating with nature and Gaia. Releasing these templates is an integral part of our preparation to open the Star Gates and reconnect with our Galactic families.
